The approx. 100 square meter apartment is one of two apartments in the Neuleutasch forest house, which is located in a small settlement between Seefeld and Weidach directly on the edge of the forest. It consists of a spacious entrance area, a kitchen with sitting area, living room with Swedish stove, three bedrooms, toilet and bathroom with shower, bathtub, separate toilet and a large south balcony, which is accessible via the living room and bedroom 1. A large meadow and a piece of forest with a stream belong to the house.

In the basement your private whirlpool outside, and indoor your private sauna and solarium! All free of charge. Perfect for two couples, a family, but it does sleep up to six people as well.

The connection to public transport is very good, so nothing stands in the way of a journey without a car. Since the accommodation is located on our farm, there is the possibility to help with the stable work and, if desired, to taste the products.

In 15 minutes you can reach Innsbruck city center by car or bus and in a few minutes the Patscherkofel ski resort.
