This unique place has a style all its own. The modern, ground-level apartment equipped with all comforts is located in the southwest wing in a detached house in the country house style. There is comfortable space for 4 guests in a double bed and on a double sofa bed. The terrace with garden area invites you to sunbathe, chill and barbecue at any time. Our guests enjoy pure nature right on the Jakobsweg with wonderful cultural landscape, huge forest area and great mountain panorama.

Tyrolean mountain hut - pure idyll

Our hut was completely renovated in 2020 and furnished with loving details inside and out. It is in a quiet location at 1,300 m altitude and is surrounded by nature. Here you can listen to the sound of the stream and relax from everyday life. The cozy atmosphere of the hut made of local wood will inspire you. The living room consists of a wooden table with a corner seat, a Swedish stove for cozy warmth and a well-equipped kitchen. Electricity is generated by solar cells.

The 'love nest' is a sunny, cozy apartment with charm for holidays full of relaxation or a longer professional stay. On 40 m², it offers an ideal home base to comfortably explore and happily enjoy Innsbruck and the natural beauty of Tyrol. In a short time and distance you can discover many places on foot or buses take you directly to the center or to the mountains all around. Parking your car is easy: it is right in front of the house!

This apartment would suit a couple who enjoy the outdoors, but also like to wind down in luxury...breakfast on the balcony, Netflix on the corner sofa, shower under the stars in the beautiful bathroom and sleep like a baby in the huge comfortable bed.

Vacation cottage on the organic farm

You can now book our newly built vacation home at the organic farm. The bakery is just around the corner and in just a few minutes to the valley station of the Muttereralm. The connection to public transport is very good, so nothing stands in the way of a journey without a car. Since the accommodation is located on our farm, there is the possibility to help with the stable work and, if desired, to taste the products.

Haus Anemos - Stylish vacation home with mountain views

The beautiful 1960s house is located in Igls, a cozy district of Innsbruck. It offers a unique view in all directions. The house can accommodate a large family (also with dog), has an open fireplace, 3 terraces, 2 balconies and a spacious garden. It is lovingly decorated, even with a stair lift. In 15 minutes you are in the city center of Innsbruck and in a few minutes in the Patscherkofel ski resort.
