Our beautiful holiday apartment is located in a quiet place on the edge of the Karwendel nature reserve. Many mountain, climbing and bike tours await our guests there, as well as a mountain stream. The Glungezer ski area is about 15 minutes away. Hall in Tirol is only 10 minutes away and Innsbruck is about a 20-minute drive away, where there are many leisure activities, cultural experiences and restaurants. Both cities are very easy to reach by public transport and there is a bus stop nearby.

The apartment is located in the middle of Telfs right next to the church (for those who have been to Telfs before), one street further you will find the new meeting zone of Telfs. There you will find restaurants, clothing shops, tobacco shops etc. At the end of the meeting zone is the shopping centre '‘ Intalcenter ‘‘ and directly behind it the newly built swimming pool (with sauna relaxation etc.). The apartment itself is fully equipped with everything you need :).
