Perfect place, perfect host, couldn't have asked for a better stay!

We had a very nice stay. The accessibility by car and by ski bus of the ski resort Schlick 2000 is great. Communication with the host was very relaxed and helpful. Thank you - it was very nice

We stayed with the whole family over Christmas in Christian's cottage. Everything worked out great. The Stubai Valley is great to do so much. Be it tobogganing in Mieders and Fulpmes or the Stubai Glacier with Top of Tyrol. In addition, Innsbruck is not far away with the beautiful Christmas markets. A tree stand was also provided for us.

Everything as described on the website. We knew the place wasn't the newest. But it was cheap, by our standards. The large kitchen with seating was the very best! We spent wonderful time and cooked together. The kitchen is very well equipped. There are two toilets and a shower. In addition, a shower in a bedroom. There were seven of us, and we didn't have any problems with space. But this is the only point that could be considered. Otherwise, we are very grateful that David accepted us. We had a wonderful time and everything was completely easy. At no time did we feel as if any complications could interrupt our vacation. Parking is available right by the property.

Very good apartment, furnished with a lot of care and attention. We lacked nothing in the kitchen, bathroom and living room. On the contrary, very generously equipped. Quietly located in a beautiful area. Overall: this place is highly recommended.

This place was perfect for our group of 8! The house is very spacious with a nice garden and the location is great for getting to Innsbruck by bus.

Sigrid gave us an extremely warm welcome. She was always available to us and the cottage is really impeccable, very well equipped and very attractively designed. We felt right at home and enjoyed the stay very much. Next time we'd like to stay a little longer. The bathroom, the well-equipped kitchen and the living room with the Bluetooth system and the fireplace, the games cellar and the beautiful terrace with grill and existing charcoal, were all highlights for us. Likewise, the delicious cake that was ready for us on the table upon our arrival :) All in all, we would say eleven out of ten stars, we will be happy to come back and would recommend this place to everyone! Beautiful view from one of the terraces and a wonderful house for a family stay 😍 We were 🐶 traveling with four adults with three children plus a dog for a winter vacation and the house is perfect for such a trip. Heidi is great when it comes to instructions and it had everything to guarantee a nice vacation. Thanks very much again for that. 👍

We spent a week in the Thomas house, a very well-kept house and apartment, equipped with all comforts, clean and well maintained, kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven and microwave oven; bathroom equipped with washing machine. Nice bedroom and living room. Beautiful garden with outdoor space if you want to dine outdoors. We thank the owner Thomas so much for giving us a lot of information on what to visit and how to spend the best days. Your friendliness, joy, and kindness made us feel at home …..

Very confortable apartment for our 4 persons family, with a nice garden where we ate the breakfast everyday ! We appreciated a lot its location in Telfes, a quiet and nice little village. From there it was easy to go hiking from to the different moutains in the Stubai valley (the Stubai card included in the stay is a great plus). There is also a tram/train just 5 min from there to go to Innsbruck. A great outdoor+inddor aquatic park is also few minutes away by walk ! A small grocery shop is also 3 minutes away.

Good location, quiet with large yard. Constanze was great and accommodating for our different guest arrival time.

The place is as described and listed. The apartment is big and comfortable. Very close to Schlick2000 resort and 30 minutes to Stubaier Glacier. The stay was successful despite the flu that came to us, but the host took medication so we could get back on our feet and get home.

From the beginning Johann was very attentive, the house is very large and spacious, very comfortable for 4 people. 20 minutes from Innsbruck, with nearby villages and places to shop. Since Johann has a farm, we were able to have breakfast with fresh milk, butter and homemade cheese. It is highly recommended, thanks Johann.

Great apartment in a nice location

Elisabeth's home is a fantastic choice! The cozy and welcoming atmosphere makes you feel immediately at ease, and the location is perfect for exploring everything nearby. Elisabeth went above and beyond with her kindness, offering wonderful local recommendations that enhanced our visit. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again—it was a truly delightful experience!

Very nice private apartment spacious enough for 4 persons (especially 2 adults + 2 children). Recently completely renovated in a very tasteful way; spacious and bright. Equipped with plenty of household items (soap, washing-up liquid, garbage bags, but also tea and coffee). The location and the view are also beautiful; I would recommend adding some photos of the outside because Google maps may give a wrong impression of the surroundings. Lots of beautiful hiking trails and cross-country skiing trails directly nearby and the ski lift can also be reached on foot. The only thing you don't have in this season is direct sunlight in the part of the (front)garden that you can actively use. If I had to come up with a point of improvement: put down a folder with a description of how appliances (such as the special but nice coffee maker) work and where you have to/are allowed to go with your waste. But otherwise, it's great. Communication with Isabel was very easy and fast.

We had a pleasant time at this beautiful place! The communication with Flo and his father was very friendly with quick feedback. We were even picked up from the train station and taken back because we traveled by train. The apartment itself is very cozy and well equipped. A small bonus: we had cat visit on the terrace every day. There are many opportunities for hiking and enjoying nature and to Seefeld it is a stone's throw away ;) We had a relaxing break and would be happy to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay here with Tina and Walter. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly, and were sure to personally welcome us and give us the tour. The backyard garden area was peaceful and beautiful. We had a 4 year old and 1 year old with us too, and this place was great for kids with a crib available, and a bunk bed. We would love to stay here again next time we are in town.

The place was very clean, cozy and well equipped. The location is perfect – quiet but still close to all the important places. The host was very friendly, helpful and quick to communicate. I very much enjoyed my stay and can fully recommend the place!

We had a very pleasant stay at Fulpmes. This location is within walking distance of the spar and the rest of downtown Fulpmes. The elevator of the Schlick 2000 ski slope is also easily and quickly accessible from this location by car or by free bus. There is also a great wood stove to heat the apartment extra. The bed is also wonderfully soft. I was just sorry that there was no snow in Fulpmes itself.😊 But Magdalena and her husband can't help that. We had a lovely holiday. It is subject to repeatedly!

We enjoyed the time and the place a lot. If peace and quiet is your goal pick this place.

We enjoyed our winter stay at Sonja's every day. The superbly equipped apartment is fantastically located not far from Innsbruck and right at the foot of the Innsbruck mountains. The nearby mountain railways/ski resorts can be reached by car between 5 and 20 minutes. Sonja is a great, helpful hostess. We can give our full recommendation. Thanks Sonja!
