Due to the central location, many excursion destinations and top ski resorts are very close. With a magnificent mountain panorama and views of the surrounding Sigmundslust and Mitterhart castles as well as Freundsberg Castle, you can enjoy an excellent living environment for a maximum of 6-8 people in the organic wooden house built in the Tyrolean architectural style with 110 m² of living space.

When we were in this place for the first time many years ago in the middle of the hiking paradise, we were immediately captivated: the smell of natural meadow, the tranquility of the forest, pure nature, the ski and toboggan run in the immediate vicinity. And yet only a 2-minute walk to the village, 10 minutes by car and you are in Innsbruck. We have renovated the old house for a long time and furnished a beautiful apartment in Alpine vintage style. Apartment Villa Sonnegg (20mins from Innsbruck), is a stylish & super cosy 60 qm unique flat on the upper level of our house under the roof with pitched roof (entrance is shared). Two bedrooms; well-equipped kitchen w. dining table & sofa bed; floor-heated rooms and access to the laundry. In the basement your private whirlpool outside, and indoor your private sauna and solarium! All free of charge. Perfect for two couples, a family, but it does sleep up to six people as well.
