The "Anton" apartment, renovated in 2022, is on the 2nd floor in the Venier guest house is located in a quiet location in Scharnitz (Seefeld Olympia Region) and can accommodate 2-4 people. In the apartment there is a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with large sofa bed, a large kitchen with dining table for about 8 people, a spacious bathroom and a large balcony. Due to its location at the foot of the Karwendel Valley, the apartment is ideal for hiking and biking excursions.

Our guests enjoy pure nature right on the Jakobsweg with wonderful cultural landscape, huge forest area and great mountain panorama.

Die Hütte liegt auf ca. 1000 Meter, direkt an einem Wildbach und Mitten im Waldgebiet. Unmittelbare Nachbarn sind neben Eichhörnchen, Fuchs, Rehen sowie etlichen kleinen Waldbewohnern 3 weitere privat genützte Hütten. Die Hütte ist bergseits, die letzte in dieser Reihe und hat eine nicht-einsehbare Randlage und wird von ca. 1ooo m² Grund umgeben.
