Philipps place was perfect for my stay. The apartment had all amenities to make my stay comfortable and homely. Communication was easy and efficient at all times. Obviously the views were wonderful. As I stayed for work purposes I can't comment on vicinity to tourist attractions. But I can only recommend Philipps place overall.

Oscar’s place felt like home the moment we walked in. After a long train ride, stepping into a clean, sunlit studio with a cozy vibe and that big balcony felt like a deep breath. We cooked dinner with the windows open, played music, and actually slowed down for the first time in days. The garden downstairs became our little reading spot in the afternoon sun. It’s rare to feel that settled in a new city, but this place did it. The location is perfect—right by the station, but somehow quiet and calm. Oscar was kind, responsive, and made everything super easy. Innsbruck was beautiful, but this apartment is what we’ll remember most. Would 100% stay again.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr günstig für Ausflüge. Uns hat alles gefallen. Zum Einkaufen sind wir nach Mittenwald gefahren (ein sehr schönes Städtchen), die Fahrt dauert ca. 10 Minuten. Besonders haben uns die zwei großen Balkone auf zwei Seiten der Wohnung gefallen. Um jede Tageszeit konnte man sowohl den Schatten als auch die Sonne genießen. Während der heißen Tagen blieb es angenehm kühl in den Räumen. Das Haus liegt in sehr ruhiger Gegend und die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet.

Vous arrivez au logement grâce aux indication donnés et vous êtes chez vous ! Très bien équipé, des produits locaux, tout pour vous faire un repas. Si vous avez besoin de quelque chose, c'est présent dans le logement, que cela soit de l'alimentation, des serviettes ou peignoirs, des loisirs, des informations touristiques, des pansements , du bois pour vous chauffer. Le sauna et le jacuzzi sont très agréables après une journée de randonnée. Le seul point négatif est la chambre et son accessibilité. Une échelle de meunier vous donne accès à une chambre mansardée très basse. Vous êtes obligé de vous courber pour accéder au lit. Cela ne convient pas aux personnes âgées avec des problèmes de genoux. Je recommanderai ce logement à mes amis.

It was clean and I was able to stay very comfortably. I had no problems communicating with the host, and he was very kind and taught me a lot of things. It was a wonderful experience.

Julius war immer für uns da, wenn wir was brauchten. Auch wenn es ein Zimmer und keine komplette Unterkunft ist, hat man dennoch seine Ruhe und kann die Küche wunderbar nutzen. Man muss einige Treppen hochgehen, das sollte einem bewusst sein. Top Empfehlung, wir würden jederzeit wieder einchecken 😁

Lokalita ubytování byla velmi dobrá, v dochozí vzdálenosti od centra. Komunikace Chaka byla rychlá, okamžitá a bezproblémová. Byt byl dostatečně vybavený a umělecký, což byl nevšední zážitek. Pokud někomu vadí kouřový zápach, mohlo by vám to trochu vadit, ale jinak naprosto doporučuji! Není co vytknout :) Moc děkuji za tento zážitek!

Cozy department located in a quiet neighborhood while can be easily accessed by public transport(from the window in the room you can see beautiful view of mountains! ). Julius is a nice host who is always reachable. Really recommend the place.
