The property is just as shown in the photos—beautifully located by the lakeside. It was quite clean overall, though a few areas could use a bit of maintenance. Mr. Aneesh, the property manager, was very helpful and quick to respond to all our needs. It would be even better if the food menu included more local cuisine options.

Me and my cousins had an amazing at Jino’s place! The pool view and the amenities were just as described. We had full time help for all our needs - he even escorted us to get food and other requirements. Amazing service and great stay!

Lovely property♥️, perfect for a group of five. The indoor pool in the Naalukett and the interiors deserve special mention. The night sky looked magical. Homely food (only vegetarian) was delicious. We’d go again in a heartbeat.

It was great stay overall. The place was exactly like the pictures. We had a amazing stay. The stay was totally private. There are helpers in the next compound. The view is totally amazing and the pool was cleaned daily. The cleaner helped a lot. if you prefer cooking they have utensils. Limited restaurant choice if you prefer to order food. Perfect for both family and group. We had a great time and recommend everyone to try this place.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful property in Kuttikanam! The place was immaculate, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The highlight was definitely the outdoor private pool, it was a major attraction for our group and made our stay even more enjoyable. As a group of 10, we had plenty of space and felt right at home. The caretaker was exceptional, always available, incredibly helpful, and so kind, ensuring we had a hassle-free experience. Had a wonderful stay at this private hillside property, located a bit away from Kodaikanal. It’s a single, standalone home—so no one else around to disturb you. The space includes two well-kept bedrooms, plus a third bed setup upstairs that effectively makes it a 3-bedroom home. The balcony offers a lovely view of the hills and locality, and the house is equipped with a smart TV, kitchen amenities, and a cozy campfire setup for the evenings. The caretaker was responsible and helpful, and the host was extremely responsive throughout. A perfect spot for a peaceful, private, and comfortable getaway.

We stayed at alex place for around 22 days. sangeetha received us to their place .she is very flexible with the dates and timing, they always try to accommodate our requests. The ambience around the house is beautiful and peaceful with lovely garden and trees. The kitchen and toilet is clean with all required stuff for comfortable stay .Sangeetha shared her garden produce with us which we enjoyed to the core .she shared poultry products too .Sangeetha’s in-laws are one of the loveliest people one would meet. They were very good with my parents who would often share their life experiences with each other. Overall we had a wholesome stay at aditis nest. We felt like home 🏡.Not to forget the youngest Host Aditi is the sweetest girl. Sangeetha and her family were very cooperative, proactive and always ready to help. They treated me and my parents as family. Highly recommend and would always go back to them for future stays.

Home away from home I booked this place for my parents and both the hosts supported me as a family. At no point of time I realised how my parents will manage. From recommendations to bookings of nearby sight seeings everything was guided by Krishna Uncle and for the breakfast they invited at their home and early morning served them pure vegetarian lovely meal. Uncle is so proactive and kind to help you out any time and in any way. Ongoing festival darshan at Ettumanoor Mahadev temple was wholesome and ritual experience, morning kayaking was adventurous one. Whenever I felt anything he is just a call away and everytime it feels like I'm talking to my Uncle, my parents are going to other home. Super thankful for your support and beautiful connection. A must go to place with serene beauty, peace and pampering hosts.

I had a wonderful stay at Prabhu and Susanna’s Airbnb. The property is peaceful and private, just as described. All basic amenities were provided, everything was neat and clean, and the place was easy to find with clear instructions. It’s also conveniently close to the temple, which made it a perfect stay for me. Highly recommended!

Anyone who wants to stay in Kochi and move around in the city, this place in Kakkanad is just ideal and nice for short and long stay. The rooms are clean and hygienic. Our wonderful 10-day stay felt like being in a rustic home with spectacular panoramic mountain views; magical mist often enveloped the house. Balcony/hall views: stunning! The kitchen was fully equipped (gas stove, kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge, mixer, utensils) & the power backup invaluable. As we have kids, this was most important for us. We enjoyed the serene surroundings, perfect for walks among charming bungalows. Helper Rani's service was exceptional: cooking, meticulous cleaning, dishes, beds – truly 5-star hotel service in a home! She, her daughter along with our babysitter even helped with our 2 kids, letting us work during weekdays. Conveniently located , all groceries were a quick 5-min drive to Naidupuram (vegetable, department, electrical, medical stores all nearby). Wholeheartedly recommend this comfortable, scenic, and exceptionally well-supported stay! We would love to visit again.

Peaceful, clean and very kind homestay. Healthy meals. Beautiful views. Kids friendly. Very knowledgable hosts. Daily yoga sessions before breakfast for our children. Nice tips for excursions around the area. Authentic experience, much better than what a resort can offer (however, day trips to the nearby resorts can also be arranged). Nothing we missed!

Property is very nice, very nature friendly yard, the care taker is extremely nice and accommodating. The rooms are exactly as pictured. Calm and relaxing location. We cant wait to go back to enjoy the place again. I highly recommend this place.
