A great accomodation for me and my family who visited Kottayam for a day. Place was very clean and located in a very peaceful location. The house was huge and accomodated all five of us very easily. Host was responsive and catered to all our needs. The price was spot on - it was a great deal compared to a hotel. Thanks for hosting us 🙏🙂

The stay was very pleasant. We were with the family. Kids enjoyed the place very well. Jeejo was very helpful. The beach is only a few minutes walk from the property. They have provided a shower in the garden which is very useful when you return from the beach.

Peaceful, clean and very kind homestay. Healthy meals. Beautiful views. Kids friendly. Very knowledgable hosts. Daily yoga sessions before breakfast for our children. Nice tips for excursions around the area. Authentic experience, much better than what a resort can offer (however, day trips to the nearby resorts can also be arranged). Nothing we missed!

This is hands down the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. They’ve thought of everything to make your stay amazing. The rooms? Way bigger and better than the photos, like, 20x better. Honestly, it’s the kind of spot you’d want to gatekeep, but it’s too good not to share. They serve buffet breakfast and dinner (so good), with a special shoutout to their Gobhi 65: it’s out of this world. The pool was incredibly clean and beautiful. But the standout feature was the hospitality, major kudos to Prakash, who was always available to arrange autos and take care of anything else we needed. If you’re on the fence, don’t overthink it. Just book it, you’ll thank me later.

I recently booked Anagha's 'Tranquil Haven' (Kokkattu house) for my friend's wedding, and it was an excellent choice. This beautiful house has a lovely lotus / lily pond with fishes in the traditional 'nadumuttam', creating a serene atmosphere. We were a family of 6 staying at Abhilash’s place and had a very good experience - the apartment is huge, very well done, and extremely comfortable for a family our size. Both Abhilash and Varsha were very responsive as hosts and proactive in their communication with us. They were able to help with whatever we needed and quick to resolve any issue. We are from Australia and were here visiting family nearby. We enjoyed our stay in this spacious 3 bedroom apartment with great views! Plenty of facilities. Bed sheets were comfy and air conditioning worked great! We also felt very safe and secure in the apartment due to the high level of security at the entrance of the apartment blocks. Sajid was very attentive and made sure we were happy and comfortable. Our contact on the ground (Hashim) was also very quick to respond and accommodating to our needs. This was our second visit at Biju's. A lovely and very well appointed executive apartment with a spacious master bedroom, 2 ACs that function well and a big screen smart TV. Biju has provided it with all things one could need for a long term stay, down to toiletries, mineral water and tea/coffee, which he replenishes as required. It's these little details that sets this place apart from many other vacation rentals. Biju is always responsive and super helpful while allowing you complete privacy. The caretaker Surabhi keeps the building very clean and is always available for any housekeeping needs. The rooftop terrace is done up well and is perfect for get togethers or just to relax in the evenings. Great apartment in a great location! I really recommend this place when staying in Kochi!! Thanks Biju for making our stay a memorable one!!
