Had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The place was exactly as shown in the pictures. The rooms were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped, making the stay feel like home. The hosts' welcoming nature made the stay truly enjoyable. The property itself offered a wonderful retreat for the week. We had stayed here twice,the first day of the beginning of our first family trip to Kerala and also while returning. And the experience of staying here rounded up our awesome trip to god's own country. Looking back, i think the tour would have been incomplete if we hadn't lived in the tranquil space which the host Gopalkrishnan has maintained. His impeccable hospitality makes KBK, a place to be in everytime one is at Cochin.

Excellent service provided by the host. The rooms were neat, clean & hygienic. All our requirements were well taken care by the host. We had a comfortable stay. The host accompanied us from city, helping us to reach the location easily. A car on rent was arranged by the host on our request. Check in and check out were extremely comfortable and hassle free. I will book this place again and again without a doubt. Great Hospitality by Abhilash and Gokul, made us feel at home. They went out of their way to make us comfortable in all ways. Extremely beautiful place. Hosts have built an amazing cozy space for visitors and the surroundings are equally beautiful. This was the most peaceful place i stayed in Kerela. Campfire and barbecue were cherry on the cake. Me and my friends throughly enjoyed the stay! I will come back soon 🥳

A great accomodation for me and my family who visited Kottayam for a day. Place was very clean and located in a very peaceful location. The house was huge and accomodated all five of us very easily. Host was responsive and catered to all our needs. The price was spot on - it was a great deal compared to a hotel. Thanks for hosting us 🙏🙂
