To get the house started is in a beautiful and calm and rather reserved place. Vitor was very receptive and always willing to help as far as possible. Everything and much more we need was available in the house. Everyone in my family loved it and when the opportunity comes we'll be back. I just have to thank Vitor for everything in the 6 days we spent at his house.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. The location is perfect, close to the beach and in a very quiet area, ideal for resting and recharging. The house is spacious, very well maintained and offers all the privacy we needed. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. me and my family had a great experience. full house with cozy bedrooms, large and clean bathrooms, large-sized living room with large tv, fast wifi, impeccable leisure area with pool and hydro, close to beaches, both at the fruit tip and in Guarapari. environs with all the assistance, a grocery store with everything you need less than 100 meters from the house, with larger markets 5 km from the house, a beverage distributor that delivers as well. Alexandre always very proactive, attentive and understanding. we thank you very much for hosting and we are very satisfied.

Quiet stay. Spacious, bright, airy, more beautiful than in the photos. Joelita and her husband, very kind and helpful, gave tips on beaches and places for food and shopping. The co-host also sent good tips. There are a few steps, but they provide an elevator for the elderly, luggage and shopping. We appreciate it, recommend it and, returning to Guarapari, if the space is available, we will book it.

Marvelous hosts, very receptive, I went with my family and friends to 15 people children and 1 drink, served us super well , comfortable rooms, ventilated house with good fans, and a wonderful pool that yielded high photos, great barbecue area with pool, great beach for kids to go on foot, we love the great hosting, and we'll come back, we still get a beautiful little souvenir from the hosts , gratitude 🙏🥰

We already knew the Peracanga region, but it was the first time we stayed with Adriano Carlos. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, with many utensils, dish towels, and is located in the best region, exactly in front of the entrance to the kiosks, in addition to having a swimming pool and a very good barbecue area. We love the experience, we'll be back for sure.

Eliseo and Ivana were very helpful, they just didn't let me check in earlier because they had other guests in the assortment, but they were very flexible at check-out, I left around 2 in the afternoon... the apartment is very new and has everything a group of 5 people need. The location is excellent and has many shops nearby... I would definitely come back.
