We have a sofa bed, and the kitchen is equipped with a microwave, minibar, stove, and coffee maker. The property has an outdoor hot tub where you can enjoy a wine, relax and admire the scenery. The entrance to the house is located on the banks of the highway to Santa Teresa, and is 8 minutes by car from the Teresense Brewery and 20 minutes from the leisure street, 14 km of asphalt to the center.

Newly built two-bedroom apartment on the street of the Igreja Matriz de Santa Teresa/ES. It is in the center of the city and in a few steps you are on the leisure street. It has custom-made kitchen cabinets and large bedrooms with mirrors. The bathrooms are spacious and the apartment is ideal for 2 couples. We have only 2 full beds, there are 2 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is an en-suite. On the balcony, we have a beautiful view of downtown Santa Teresa/ES.
