The stay was great. Ideal place to "disconnect" and relax. The house was super clean and with still new utensils and fragrant linens. All is done with great affection. Our kids loved the space to explore, run and play. They also loved "Fred" (puppy) who lives there. Caesar and his parents were super attentive. We hope to be back soon!!! Congratulations!

We had a perfect weekend at the house. It was my mother's birthday and we chose this paradise to celebrate. How lucky we are! The house makes you not want to leave. Feels like home … We got there and everything was clean, we had welcome gifts, the bathroom towels smelled wonderful :) The house has everything we need, a beautiful view of the sea and contact with nature. Every day the little monkeys in the woods next to the house would come to visit us. The plus is the “private” beach that we had access to, this beach is good to take the kids, we went in the late afternoon the tide was low it was great. We'll be back for sure :)

We were extremely pleased. Ucha and João are very friendly, receptive, polite and helpful. They welcomed us as friends. The place is much more beautiful in person. It has a breathtaking view. We loved having coffee on the balcony overlooking the mountains. Close to great restaurants and close to the park entrance. We were even presented with a family of ducklings, who are friendly and playful. We loved it, but I highly recommend it. We'll be back soon.

The location of the apto is excellent!!! The landscape of the balcony is magnificent, the cleanliness is impeccable, the bath towels and bed linen were clean and smelling. In the kitchen I found all the items for my needs, the difference is that there is a sabone, bed and bath linen. The neighborhood is safe! The building is very organized and the team is very professional.

Spacious, extremely comfortable and very beautiful apartment, with all the necessary kitchen utensils, including a water filter. We felt at home! Fernando was very friendly and answered all our questions immediately, as did Elani. Place with a great location, bars, bakeries and restaurants. You've met our expectations! Just a note, the view of the beach is from the rooms, but nothing that would diminish our satisfaction. Not only will we be back, we recommend it!

Clean place with a great bed and cotton sheets 🙏🏼 The only detail that is not a bad thing, but in my opinion bothered me a little, was the protective screen that hinders the view and prevents you from appreciating such a beautiful... Rosane is very helpful and always responds super fast. The apartment has a lovely sea view on the balcony, including every day we see turtles at sea. Very clean, tidy and equipped. Air in the 3 bedrooms and the room that is not a suite, the bathroom is practically next to the door. 2 good parking spaces. Quick access to the two main beaches. We loved the stay, the apartment is wonderful, just as described in the listing and photos! It has an admirable view, we enjoyed the apartment more than the beach, it's so perfect. We were greeted with a beautifully set table and a delicious cake. The neighborhood is very quiet and easy to find, close to Itaparica beach. The condominium is secure and has a 24-hour concierge. Amei!!! Too bad I couldn't stay longer... but I'm sure there will be another opportunity.

At all times he tried to help us, we were very calm when arriving at the apartment, as it is exactly as in the description, the rooms are large and with great ventilation, the large kitchen with items necessary for a stay. All gatekeepers are polite. You can rent without fear, I will definitely return to Guarapari, and if Ángelica's apartment is available we will return to it. It is near the supermarket (we were walking), the beach is glued (literally) in the building. The apartment is in great condition, very clean, good quality bed and bath linens to welcome guests. Super I recommend the listing. It was with 3 children and it was very quiet to stay with them in the apartment because the living room is wide and airy.
