Waterfront vacation rentals in State of Espírito Santo

I had a great stay! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, clean, cozy and well located, with a view of the sea from the bedroom! Fábio was attentive and communication was easy, he always responded quickly. I recommend and would be back for sure.

The apartment is amazing, well decorated and renovated, private and quiet (we only hear the sound of the sea), the view was the best we've ever had. Very comfortable, with complete kitchen items, quality linens. Kind, available and pleasant hosts. They left us a treat, which was really nice. Access to the beach is via a small, fast trail, but it can be difficult for those with mobility issues. I recommend renting a car to better enjoy the region and nightlife. The building is old but that doesn't bother you at all, the apartment offers a structure inside that makes you forget any setbacks. I strongly recommend it.

The location of the apto is excellent!!! The landscape of the balcony is magnificent, the cleanliness is impeccable, the bath towels and bed linen were clean and smelling. In the kitchen I found all the items for my needs, the difference is that there is a sabone, bed and bath linen. The neighborhood is safe! The building is very organized and the team is very professional.

Spacious, extremely comfortable and very beautiful apartment, with all the necessary kitchen utensils, including a water filter. We felt at home! Fernando was very friendly and answered all our questions immediately, as did Elani. Place with a great location, bars, bakeries and restaurants. You've met our expectations! Just a note, the view of the beach is from the rooms, but nothing that would diminish our satisfaction. Not only will we be back, we recommend it!

The flat is exactly as shown in the photos, the view from the balcony is sensational, the kitchen has the necessary items to make quick meals. the air conditioning is very cold. The only thing I didn't like was the bedding, especially the blankets, which didn't seem so clean. That's the only observation, but nothing that would hinder the stay. The pharmacy and mini market in the building helped a lot, the organization of the beach and cleaning is also something to be praised. Lastly, I felt at home.

I just have to thank Claudia and ask God to bless and protect her so that she can make more people happy, as my husband and I felt in her apartment. Everything is exactly as it is in the photos and a little more. The place is beautiful, the view is heavenly, having breakfast on that balcony with that view was perfect, everything was clean, complete utensils, everything we were looking for was there, close to everything, you can walk to many tourist spots just admiring the waterfront. The only negative point is having to leave that piece of paradise. Thank you Claudia, I hope to return many times♥️🥰

We had a wonderful couple of nights at Tereza’s beautiful home - spacious, clean, and very well equipped. We would truly recommend to others staying in Vitória! She was very patient with a group of non-Portuguese speaking folks 😊

Wonderful place, everything organized and very cozy, in person it's even better than in the photos lol, I loved it, super recommended, great location near the beach, Carolina and her husband are super nice and good people !!! I'll come back again!!!

Mr. Marcos has a great place! Very comfortable, close to everything. Very attentive, providing support for questions and great recommendations for places!! Clean place with a great bed and cotton sheets 🙏🏼 The only detail that is not a bad thing, but in my opinion bothered me a little, was the protective screen that hinders the view and prevents you from appreciating such a beautiful... I highly recommend the space.

Simply amazing, everything clean and organized, one of the best I've ever gotten. Very good location because it is close to everything, we slept listening to the sound of the sea. For those looking for a unique experience, this is the place.

Everything was as described , the beach was a few metres away , all the local amenities were with a few blocks and very easy to walk too . Apartment was super comfortable, and any questions were answered with minutes .. highly recommended
