Excellent house, clean, well maintained, fully equipped kitchen, two refrigerators, new air-fryer, airy rooms, hostess always available, helpful and proactive. We were 7 adults and 4 children and the house was perfect. The house is in the block behind the waterfront with easy access to the beach and restaurants. I recommend it!

Thank you for your stay, it really met expectations. The host is really thoughtful, although we did not need to encumber him because of the short duration of the accommodation. A cozy space with utensils for use, and it is not necessary to call ifood or go to restaurants and the like for anything. We will probably return in the future.

The Rosiane apartment is exceptional, probably one of the best available on AirBnb! Very well located, absolutely complete to please the preference of all visitors. The swimming pool and the barbecue are excellent, they offer a lot of privacy and tranquility at the same time. Rosiane was very attentive, from the time of booking and throughout the stay. It offered tips on restaurants, beaches and shops close to the apartment, always with very quick responses. My wife and I love Rosiane's space and look forward to a new opportunity to return.

A simple apartment, but with everything that was needed for a quiet stay. Clean, organized, fragrant linens, kitchen utensils for any endeavor (extremely clean), ventilated, good location, helpful doormen, cart to facilitate the movement of bags and finally an exquisite service and a really beautiful view. (Note: one thing that bothers me in Guarapari are the crowded buildings, this building, although apparently tin, is separated (by the angels lol) and at the same time close to everything - the building on the outside is unattractive, but the apartment is a little pretty - it won my heart). Congratulations.

The accommodation corresponds with the photos, house right in front of Jacaraipe beach. Quiet atmosphere, very large and comfortable place. Near the market, fitness, Bakery. We were very well received by José, I thank you for the days of lodging.

The property was beautiful, we felt at peace here. The private beach was fun to explore at low tide and swim at during high tide. There was some really noce restaurants 20 minutes away or so which we enjoyed several times. We would go back again. The host was hospital and welcoming. Genuinely concerned and hoping that we would have a great time.

The stay was great, we felt at home, the sunrise is the most beautiful I have ever seen,😍 much more beautiful in person than in the photos. You could hear the sea every day and night, we slept watching the ships and planes going to land at the airport 🤭 I thought it was great that the apartment's bathroom was renovated and new because the building itself is old. And the beach chairs they had available were also very useful, because we didn't need to rent them on the beach. The building's pool is also a delight, very clean. And Vinícius always responded quickly and was very kind allowing us to extend the checkout 👍 Anyway, nothing to complain about
