The space is beautiful and cozy, in addition to having a very beautiful view of the river and the mangrove. Fernando was very helpful and attentive, including at breakfast, which is super complete.

Exactly as in pictures! Extremely clean, spacious environment, full kitchen, great bathroom. Excellent garage and great location. Just a tip (lol): The room needs a full-length mirror. My girlfriend missed it. But that's it. I'll be back more often and recommend it to everyone.

The apartment is very well located, with great restaurants and sights nearby. It is well decorated, cozy and equipped with everything a couple needs for a comfortable stay. It is important to note that the building does not have an elevator — it was not a problem for me, but it is worth noting for those with mobility limitations. Because it is in a central region, traffic noise can occur at times, but nothing that has hindered my experience. Overall, I loved the stay!

During Carnival, I stayed at the loft and had a great experience. The accommodation was exactly as described in the listing, with no problem. The location is excellent, with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and other establishments. The air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the internet was of high quality. Even near a busy street, the noise of the cars did not disturb the sleep, and although there were Carnival blocks on nearby streets, this was not a nuisance. The kitchen had enough utensils to make a good breakfast or something quick to eat. Nothing extraordinary, but it served well what I needed. I just missed an airfryer for more quick food options. Finding parking spaces can be a problem, especially in Carnival, holidays and weekends. During the week, however, it is easier to find vacancies.

The family responsible for the establishment is sensational. Always willing to help, good people to relate and with a very positive energy. The space is as clear as it was seen in the listing. I recommend it to everyone

The site is easy access to the various shopping and tourist points of Vila Velha . To go to Vitória we can choose the aquaviario that is very close to the famous plaza da prainha).
