Mathias' space is excellent, even better than the photos show! This combined with his hospitality made our stay impeccable, as from the first contact he was very helpful and attentive. Check-in was very smooth and the host was kind enough to welcome us later than usual, giving tips on what to do and explaining about the accommodation. The apartment was very clean, tidy, new and well equipped. The shower is excellent and the bed is very comfortable, impeccable linens and a super fragrant blanket. The internet is great, we worked without any problems. You can see that a lot of attention was paid to every detail, as it has what is necessary to make meals and be comfortable. The location is very good, the waterfront is close and it is great for a walk. The sereia beach that is next to the building is very good, clean and quiet. Nearby there are very good bakeries and restaurants that are worth a visit. Finally, the building is quiet and we feel very safe in the area.

Great accommodation. Exactly as in the photos. Natalia was very helpful and answered all the questions. The concierge staff were also very polite, they even received ifood before we went downstairs and took it to the room. Great experience.

we had a great stay! The apartment is small but super comfortable. The rooms are a great size. The building's concierge is also very good! The only thing that bothered us a little was the strong smell in the apartment whenever we arrived, we don't know if it's always like that or if it was due to some maintenance. And also the G1 garage had a strong and very hot smell. We cooked every day in the apartment, it had the basic and necessary utensils. the beds were very comfortable! The pool area has a breathtaking view. Oh, and we could also walk to the mall. Great locale. We felt at home!

The apartment was very clean. Magno always answered me quickly and was very helpful. I'm from VV, but I don't live in the city anymore. For me, the apartment's location is one of the best. It is close to restaurants and bakeries, shopping and is still in front of the beach. I'll come back more often!

IMPECCABLE! That would be the best word to describe the stay. The apartment is beautiful, cozy, very clean, complete, has much more than we need to feel at home, fully functional, in a very nice building, clean and with extremely polite residents. Very nice doorman and the location is amazing. Itaparica Beach, in addition to being beautiful, is safe, pleasant, very clean, an impeccable boardwalk, with beautiful kiosks and everything easy to reach. There are at least 3 malls very close by and all with very competitive product prices. On the way to the trip I was regretting not having taken certain utensils, but when I arrived I came across a more than complete structure, TV in all the bedrooms and in the living room, air-conditioning throughout the apartment, airfryer, sandwich maker, kitchen utensils, bed, bath... everything. Excellent location, well maintained and comfortable, I felt like I was in a 5-star hotel. Lots of contact with nature, the people in the region are inviting and friendly and the weather is very pleasant. The cottage is well equipped for both short and long stays.

We were in a group of 15 people in the house and it met our expectations. Privacy to have a barbecue and socialize after the beach, close to everything we need (supermarket, produce market, pharmacy, beverage distributor), in addition to being close to a busy square with toys. As we were with children, the yard, trampoline and toys that are already in the house were extremely valid. We loved the stay and only have compliments to the hosts, who were always kind, proactive and available. Photos depict the location exactly. Nothing but praise and the certainty that we will be back soon!

The house was rented to two employees of the company, they really liked the house, clean exactly as advertised, met expectations with great cost-benefit!
