Vacation rentals with beach access in Guarapari

The host was excellent. The site was exactly as advertised, and we had some minor issues with some equipment on the first day, but the host was committed and was able to resolve everything quickly. Instead of becoming a negative experience, it actually became positive as proactivity made all the difference. As for the site, it has access to a small beach that is "almost exclusive", which is excellent. The porters are extremely friendly and in the house we do not miss any utensils, making the accommodation complete. Local easy to find and relatively close to supermarkets, pharmacies, beaches and restaurants, I recommend the place for anyone interested!

Very well located apartment, with several shops and restaurants near and in front of Praia do Morro. Personnel of the very gentle gatehouse, provided a good service and passed the instructions for use clearly. Eudes was very helpful and responded promptly when we need guidance.

The house was clean, with all the mentioned accessories, linens, a good-sized pool, which was also cleaned during our stay. Despite being in a place with little movement, as we are by car, we went to other beaches. 25 minutes from Sereia and Setiba beaches and 55 minutes from Castelhanos, which is a beach I love. Vila Velha has a good structure on the beaches. It was a great trip!

José from the beginning was very attentive, we arrived at the house we were greeted by a delicious cake and wonderful fruits, He had a special fondness with my mother-in-law who was her birthday and he brought some good Diet ( because she's diabetic) until he was considerate. We felt at home , we had a problem with the shower and at the same time it came to solve . Township bringing with him an Italian bread for us to have with wine🍷. The house has a beautiful view, sleeping with the waves breaking in the stones that delight of sound . It's definitely a place I'll be back soon . We loved the amenities of the penthouse, the private pool was a luxury, and the outdoor leisure areas contributed to unforgettable moments. The service was exceptional, from booking to check-out, Maria was extremely attentive and helpful in every detail, our reception we had such a thoughtful surprise that it won our hearts at first. I also emphasize here the service of the secretary Luana, we hired her service separately to take care of the cleaning and organization of the penthouse and she was wonderful in her service, she captivated us! We highly recommend this penthouse to anyone looking for a luxury and tranquil retreat by the sea. We'll be back for sure!

we enjoyed our stay. Comfortable apt, everything working perfectly. I noticed that there was little covered and soon José was ready to arrange for us. Comfortable beds, great showers. It has a good amount of canisters, dishes and cutlery. the TV is very good and had channels by signature. the apt is very airy and has wonderful views. staff of the building are cordial and the José always responded to us promptly. near the building is the market, restaurant and bakery. Everything very close.
