The lighting of the house is wonderful, it is well airy, with plenty of room in the rooms, which made all the difference for everyone to rest well. And the pool... what a spectacle! Large, clean and perfect to enjoy the day with the crowd. It was a wonderful experience, with no negative points. I would definitely return and recommend with my eyes closed!

The place is dazzling and paradisiacal Everything was impeccably clean, with rooms, comfortable and welcoming. The bathrooms exuded a delicious perfume, and the fully equipped kitchen perfectly met all our needs. The location is privileged, with a stunning beach just ahead. The sea breeze constantly blows, making the atmosphere even more enjoyable. The balcony is an invitation to rest, the pool deck is a charm apart, and the gourmet area is perfect for moments of leisure and fraternization. The beach has excellent kiosks on the left side, ideal for those looking for waterfront comfort. The right side offers a smoother experience, with no kiosks, for those who prefer total quiet. We were especially touched with the affectionate details in the housekeeping. The rooms were air-conditioned and ready to welcome us in comfort, and the pool, extremely clean, was already waiting for us for the first dive.

Your Ziro is extremely polite, responsible and communicative. Township took my doubts, helped everything I could, and it's very nice. Over the house, clean, smelling too much, all organized. Beautifully airy rooms and both rooms with good quality split air conditioners. Well-equipped kitchen. Very well located 210m from Adventistas beach with easy access to the other beaches of the region.

Excellent accommodation in condominium of twin houses, we were lucky because it was very empty at that time. Very well equipped house with beach chairs and umbrellas, full kitchen. It is 3 blocks from Bacutia, the best beach in the region.

The stay was excellent! The house is exactly like in the pictures: well cared for, comfortable and very well-equipped. Vivian and her husband were very attentive from start to finish. The outdoor area is a standout side, with a beautiful view and a jacuzzi perfect for relaxing. The barbecue area also served us very well with a top stereo. Being inside the Thermas Club also made all the difference. I highly recommend it!

Very cozy house! Well ventilated, kitchen with all utensils, very comfortable beds. The house is very close to Praia do Setiba, 👏🏻 which is excellent for swimming, I found one of the best in the region. Only at night when there's nothing to do.

The property is even bigger and more beautiful than the photos indicate. The rooms are spacious and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The sauna having an entrance by the pool is an interesting amenity. Amanda is very attentive and available. I recommend the priority for those who want a relaxing weekend at the beach.

House with beautiful sea view, very cozy and spacious furniture. It had everything we needed and the path to the sea was in nature. I highly recommend it!
