You'll be close to everything: supermarket, bakery, beverage distributor, restaurants, central area. Very close to Areia Preta beach and easy access to several beaches. Our space is small (kitnet style), but very well equipped with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Pets are not allowed.
