Trata-se do quarto dentro do meu apartamento (reversível ou dependência) com banheiro de uso exclusivo ao seu lado e entrada independente. Possui área externa (garden). 1 ventilado de pé . A cozinha é de uso compartilhado. O apartamento fico a 300 metros da Praia do Morro (3 a 5 minutos a pé) e possui comércio variado proximo. Sol da tarde. tenho um cachorro manso e idoso como anfitrião.
