The host lives in the main house at the bottom of the land, with independent pedestrian entrance, the unit is an exclusive environment and restricted to guests. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PET.

Guest house in the basement of a century-old house high on the hill of the historic site of Guarapari. Bright and fresh, with a wooded garden and lawn, located in the city center near the main beaches: Valentados, Virtudes, Castanheiras and Areia Preta. Quick access to restaurants, pharmacy, mall and banks. I am happy to recommend my favorite places. If you are interested in history and culture, you can walk around and visit the foundation of Guaraparim Village.

The modern bathroom features dark marble walls, providing a sleek and sophisticated look. A compact sink with an elegant faucet is situated next to a wooden cabinet. Two towels hang on hooks, while a white toilet is positioned against the wall, completing the functional space.

Espaço is in line with the listing. Very private and quiet. The location via Google is very accurate, without difficulties. There is about 1 km of dirt road that is a little narrower. In case of rain, it can be difficult to get there. The experience was great, the space was very clean and welcoming. I loved it!

The place is beautiful, it brought peace and tranquility. Everything is very clean and organized. The night is very cold, we lit the fireplace to enjoy the cold. It's 15 minutes from downtown by car, and a dirt road. But don't miss out on the night. Before leaving the center, connect the GPS, because there is no signal on the road. And the night may be lost, RS. Rita, the host, is a wonderful person, we became friends and she even brought avocado that she gave me ❤️

Our stay was perfect! The house is super cozy, well equipped and was impeccably clean. Everything worked perfectly, and every detail was designed for guest comfort. The hostess, Juliana, was extremely attentive and helpful, making the experience even better. We thank you for the excellent hospitality and will undoubtedly return!

We really love your stay at the Arleide! It is a complete house, with all the cooking utensils, stove, microwave, coffeemaker... The towels and bed linens are comfortable, and the sofa bed in the living room is great for watching the TV, which is very large and still has streams and Youtube available. The outdoor area has a barbecue, hammock and padded chairs to admire the best: the view of the mountains. Arleide and the family were very dear and receptive, and live a few yards from the farmhouse, which facilitates contact. Although it has houses nearby, it is a place with a lot of privacy and silence. As for the location, the center of Domingos Martins is 20 minutes away, and there is a market 10 minutes away. I highly recommend and hope to be able to stay again!
