The Hostess, from the beginning, was always very attentive, super polite, responsive, the apartment is a wonder, super clean, nothing is missing, we felt at home, it is very close to the beach, 2 bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants, you can do everything on foot, super indicated, very safe place, the garage is very spacious, fits a truck, in short, the perfect place for those who want to relax and rest near the beach.

The house is simply amazing! Very large, comfortable and cozy — we felt at home from the first moment. Your Ziro is extremely polite, responsible and communicative. Township took my doubts, helped everything I could, and it's very nice. Over the house, clean, smelling too much, all organized. It is a large and very airy house and the fact that it is at the top of where he lives does not get in the way of anything, there is a lot of privacy. It's near gorgeous beaches that aren't super crowded. There are no comments that define full quality. Super recommend and want to come back!!!

What a delight of home!! Without a doubt the best I've ever stayed in Guarapari! Close to everything, do everything on foot, the beach is on the street below and at the best spots! Definitely a great location!! The house is just like the photos, the bathrooms and large rooms, it has everything you need in utensils, air-conditioning in all rooms and living room, and not to mention the charm of the pool!! Pollyana is a super nice person and her mother Doris who welcomed us too!! We will definitely be coming back!!

Very nice place, wonderful backyard and the house had everything we needed. Kitchen complete, clean bedding, very large bathroom. Very close to the beach, bakery and general commerce. Super recommend it.

We had a small mishap at check-in time, but nothing to hinder our stay. The apartment is great, spacious and well ventilated and is located only 1 block to the beach.
