Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Government of Amsterdam

Cleo and her Co-host Marleen were very welcoming and responsive. We felt at home. Lots of toys and games for younger children. Very cozy house. Naturally beautiful area good for hiking and biking.

Super Aufenthalt in der Nähe von Amsterdam! Ein lebendiges Haus mit einer super süßen Katze und sehr netten Besitzern! Dazu noch ein toller Garten und die gute Erreichbarkeit der Innenstadt von Amsterdam über P+R Noord. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Liebe Noortje und Familie ….auch wenn wir uns nicht persönlich getroffen haben - es war wundervoll im Rina‘s Haus gastieren zu dürfen - einfach perfekt! Wir wären gerne noch zwei Nächte länger geblieben - es gäbe noch einiges zu entdecken in Amsterdam…. und das kleine gemütliche Haus ist so erholsam nach den vielen Menschen und dem Trubel in der Stadt. Ήταν υπέροχη η διαμονή μας στο Amsterdam τον Αυγουστο του 2024, μείναμε περίπου 20 ημέρες στο διαμέρισμα της Claartje (οικογενειακώς : ζευγάρι με δυο παιδιά) και είμαστε πολύ χαρούμενοι με την επιλογή μας. Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και οικείο με έναν καταπράσινο κήπο, όμορφα χρώματα και cozy γωνιές για να χαλαρώσεις και να ξεκουραστείς μετά από τις ατελείωτες βόλτες στην πόλη. Όλος ο οικιακός εξοπλισμός που χρειαζόμασταν ήταν εκεί. Μόλις 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το Vondelpark και ένα βήμα μακριά ότι μικρό εστιατόριο μπορείς να φανταστείς , καθώς και καταστήματα με ότι χρειάζεσαι να αγοράσεις και να καλύψεις όλες τις ανάγκες σου. Μια γειτονιά που τα έχει όλα. Η επικοινωνία με τους οικοδεσπότες ήταν εύκολη και άμεση πριν την άφιξη μας αλλά και καθόλη τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ την Claartje και τον Bas για την φιλοξενία.

Hugo was the perfect host from check in to check out. He was a wealth of knowledge and his property is truly stunning. We cycled from Dunkirk and after 3 days of hard cycling wanted somewhere nice to relax. This place did just that. Hugo was very accommodating and couldn’t do more to help. Thankyou Hugo for being a credit to Airbnb. ( your dog is nice too! )

Our family stayed at Ulrika's during our trip to Amsterdam. Loved being in a small community just outside the city. walked to and from the train station each day easily. Ulrika met us at check in and answered questions during our stay. would book again/recommend to friends.

The first thing I have to say is Sophie and Pieter are clearly lovely people. We were late because of traffic but Sophie waited for us and gave a warm and very helpful welcome. Secondly, the apartment is a real home from home. The kitchen has all the equipment you need if you want to dine at home. Throughout the apartment everything was clean and functional as well as being well designed and attractive. Thirdly, the location is excellent. The tram runs regularly on the Overtoom and gets you right into the centre in 20 easy minutes. On the other side is the Vondelpark, which is a slice of real Amsterdam that many people would miss, which is a shame as it’s fantastic. The bar run by the brewery was a real find for us. Around you are a number of excellent places to eat and drink on both sides of the park and into the centre. Finally I am going to return to Sophie and Pieter - honestly you could not get better hosts. Thank you very much - we intend to return.

We had a great stay at Jorrit’s apartment! It’s in a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants and close to multiple tram lines that go into central Amsterdam. The space was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Alexander’s apartment was perfect for our trip to Amsterdam. Located in a great neighborhood within walking distance to many local attractions, but also quiet. Alexander was very responsive to any and all questions that we had. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Fab stay at Kecia’s place. Host was super responsive and helpful - collated lots of local recommendations for us and met us on arrival. Perfect apartment, super spacious and comfortable. Really welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us.

Paula's place fit our needs perfectly as a couple who wanted a peaceful place to stay after spending exciting days exploring Amsterdam. The apartment is in a prime location in De Pijp, close enough to walk anywhere (including the city center if you're feeling adventurous enough). It also has some great eateries and conveniences right on the same street. The place was clean and smelled fantastic (she has excellent taste in home fragrances). Waking up to the sun pouring into the apartment was peaceful, making it a great start to the day. My fiance and I would love to stay again during our next visit to Amsterdam.

The property is located 20 mins from Schiphol Airport, in a quiet gated community. The house was neat and clean and located beside a water canal. The kitchen and cutlery were well stocked. The furniture was comfortable. Plenty of towels provided. Easy to get to the city and to the other attractions. As stated in the description there is no washer / dryer. Bedrooms are located on the floor above the ground floor, the stairs are a bit steep. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very responsive, friendly and courteous. Upon request we were given a late checkout which was very helpful and very kind of the host. Indeed a superhost! Would love to come back someday!

Perfect stay! A beautiful villa, very well equipped and maintained. Beautiful design, luxury amenities, attention to details and all in all a wonderful stay. Jolanda was super responsive and very kind. Highly recommended!

After cycling round the countryside each day with friends, coming back to "Amazinghouse" was an extra treat to look forward to. Plenty of space Inside and out for everybody to chill. Kitchen & dining room very well laid out, so all involved at dinner. Great outside space and garden with good BBQ. Had a wonderful stay & Murielle went above & beyond.

My family stayed at Boon and Jan’s beautiful house for a few days last week. We were welcomed by Jan who lives next door and they both him and Boon were so quick to answer any questions and give us recommendations whenever we asked. The house was very warm and comfortable and had everything we needed and more. My children enjoyed using the paddle board and canoe. We spent 2 days whilst away visiting Amsterdam which was an easy train ride of 20 mins from nearby Abcoude. Anyone looking for a delightful and lovely place to stay whilst in the area should definitely choose this property, we will be back in the future for sure and make sure it’s for longer.

Wij hebben van begin tot einde genoten, wat een prachtige locatie! Zowel het huis zelf heeft heel veel charme en de tuin is een pareltje. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig om er een zorgeloze vakantie van te maken. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug.

Splendid place for a weekend with friends. Big enough for 12 people, with a gorgeous garden and a nordic bath. We really enjoyed our stay! Only point which could be improved: the kitchen is a bit small if you want to cook.

Wonderful house, very quiet place, ideal to rest and have good time. A beautiful garden where you can appreciate the calm. The hosts were very helpfull and we've been very well received :)

My family of 5 had a wonderful time at this home! It was beautiful, clean, relaxing and extremely convenient to get around town via bus/metro. We walked every morning around town because the town is extremely charming with several restaurants and a market 2 blocks away. I made breakfast every morning in the beautiful kitchen which had everything one would need. The host was so incredibly amazing, he tracked my flight and knew I would be arriving hours before I told him I would be so he was waiting for us which was amazing after a long flight. He was so sweet, courteous and caring. We were greeted with a warm welcome and many, many treats for us in the refrigerator. From eggs, milk, selection of fresh breads, sweets, fruit, wine, a delicious pear juice, selection of deli meats, butter, and many more items. The warmest welcome we’ve ever received. As if that’s not enough, the AC worked great! The pics don’t do it justice. This is a must stay! Thank you so much for everything!!
