Met 15 min sta je in het centrum van Amsterdam. 5 min lopen naar de tramhalte en 10 min naar het trein station. Onze luxe studio is van alle gemakken voorzien. Een heerlijk Auping kingsize bed, airconditioning, wifi, tv met Netflix, verwarming en badkamer met stortdouche en wc douche. Een eigen tuintje en privé parkeerplek voor de deur! Mondriaan heeft veel in deze omgeving geschilderd. Ons gastenverblijf voor twee personen staat achter het oude Tolhuis aan het Velterslaantje. Het is een zelfstandig huisje met eenvoudige keuken, woonkamer en badkamer met regendouche. Het huisje heeft vloerverwarming. Een houten trap leidt naar de slaapverdieping.

To enjoy Amsterdam while staying on a floating houseboat, will surely be something hard to forget! The location of the houseboat is quiet, visually spacious thanks to the harbor and river, but it's also very Central. Amsterdam Central Station is 13 to 15 minutes walking or (4 min by bus). Also the famous "Jordaan" area is right on walking distance. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the boat.and yes you have your own shower and toilet

Your stay is at an unique sailing barge . In summertime we organize daytrips from Amsterdam to the IJsselmeer. Recently we have transformed our beautiful ship in a 'Green Oasis' for Air bnb purposes off saison . The ship is moored in the harbour of IJburg, near the centre of Amsterdam. Around the harbour are many restaurants to be found, like NAP, DOK 48 and Blijburg. Supermarket and other shops in the neighbourhood.
