Beautifull waterfront villa near Amsterdam

Great luxury family home on the outskirts of the Ijsselmeer and near Amsterdam. With its own jetty, canoe and hot tub. In Uitdam, every day is a holiday. Canoeing, swimming, sailing, surfing or paddle boarding from your own jetty in the picturesque Waterland. The house was completely renovated in 2021. From the living room, you have a beautiful unobstructed view over the water. The house is located directly on the dike without a road or bike path between you and the lake. Your own transportation is highly recommended.

Only 5 minutes bike/car to the NDSM wharf, Amsterdam's hotspot these days with lots of nice restaurants, a flea market, supermarket, bakeries, musea and art galleries. Free ferrys also go there and bring you in 5 min to centre west or 15 min to central station. It's ideal for family's who want to have the busy city nearby but rather stay in a beautiful and peaceful place at the other side of the water.

Our family townhouse is ideal for other families or couples traveling to Amsterdam while we are traveling abroad. Very green neighborhood with lots of playgrounds. Tram 1 is a 5 minute walk from our home with a direct connection to the city centre. It takes about 20 minutes. Tram 1 brings you to all the hotspots in town like Rijksmuseum, Leidseplein, Van Gogh museum, etc. With a 8 minute walk from our home you will also find a big supermarket, butcher, baker, cheese shop, fish shop, etc.

PRIVATE STUDIO-OWN ENTRANCE, BATHROOM&TUB. NO SMOKING! Stylish studio in wooden Eco home 15 minutes by tram from city centre. We designed+built it ourselves! Big double bed. And a couch that folds into a 1:60 double bed. Extra baby bed. Bathtub. Microwave (NO stove!). Cooking is NOT allowed by Amsterdam city Council unfortunately!! The area is a beautiful new area with lots of modern architecture and water: swimming! You can use 2 (quite old) bikes & 2 SUP-boards. As well as our garden.

Our house of 300m2, built in 1800, is located in the old scenic city centre of Weesp, next to the river "Vecht". On the front side you have a lovely view over the river, where can enjoy the boats passing by. Our back garden is secured and located on the sunny Southeast side, ideal for enjoying the sun and children to play in. It is situated close to Amsterdam and Schiphol Airport.
