Vacation rentals with a patio in Government of Amsterdam

We had an amazing stay! After being in hotels through Europe, this place honestly felt like home. Marguerite was so helpful allowing us to check in early, and the home is beautiful and incredibly clean. The neighbourhood is so peaceful and had great food options and easy transport to all parts of Amsterdam. I could not recommend this place more!

Just perfect! My stay with Maja was absolutely great. The place was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated and provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Maja is an incredibly friendly and helpful host who cares a lot about the well-being of her guests. Her tips for the area were fantastic, and she was always available if I had any questions. I felt at home here and would definitely come back. Thank you, Maja, for this wonderful experience!

We had great 7 night stay, everything is exactly as listed and pictured. Very clean, fantastic kitchen and plenty of fresh coffee beans provided with a high end espresso machine. This is also one of the best areas of Amsterdam to stay in. You’re so close to everything and it’s much more quiet here than in other areas of the city. The projector in the living room is really unique, we enjoyed watching movies on it in the evenings. Great TV in the bedroom as well with blackout curtains in there and it was very quiet. We’d highly recommend staying here if you have the opportunity, you won’t be disappointed.

Our stay was perfect for our family. We were grateful to have one of the few airbnb's with no stairs, so access with luggage was a breeze! The unit was in a private quiet courtyard and perfect for our kids. Very easy access to public transport and beautiful views of the Amstel right across the road. Our host was so helpful and communicative the whole time, we felt perfectly at home. Very grateful to have found this place!

The apartment is well-equipped, clean and tidy, and I think we had just about everything we could have needed for our stay. The apartment is a stones throw from the railway station, which is very handy! It’s also close to Dam square, and many other attractions. Including shopping, restaurants and bars, with only a 10 minute walk to the closest Metro station to get around the city. We had a lovely time and highly recommend Maria’s place. *Note that there are two flights of steep stairs to the apartment, but that didn’t cause us any difficulty.

We (family with 3 children ages 7-19) had very nice days in Amsterdam over the turn of the year and really felt very comfortable in Alexandra's house. It is a very pleasant residential area, supermarket is very close, bus and ferry (NDSM) are very easy to reach. Alexandra's house is beautifully decorated, there is everything you need, very bright, clean and cozy. Always happy to come back, thank you!

Ties was very friendly and responsive and even allowed us to check in a bit early without an extra charge and he also had a welcome bottle of wine for us. The location felt safe and it was walkable to several restaurants and stores. The space was small but doable and very clean. The apartment is up several flights of stairs so be prepared to drag your luggage. My only complaint is the bedroom. Although the bed was very comfortable, the bedroom is actually a LOFT area equipped with a ladder so it was very inconvenient trying to rush down to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Other than that, everything was great

Noortje's house is really charming, very clean, practical and even prettier than in the photos. We were 5 people and made us feel very comfortable there. The bus stop is right next to the house, it allows to quickly get to the center of Amsterdam (in less than 10 min) but also to easily radiate in the area (Edam, Volendam, Marken). Note: a fairly busy road close to the house but it was not really disturbing.

Johanna's house is lovely and homey! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. The area is calm and well connected to the centre and the house has everything you might need! Thank you for having us!

Birgit was a fantastic host! Her home was perfect for our quick trip to Amsterdam. It is located close to public transportation (less then 10 minutes to Centraal Station) and a grocery story is around the corner. Birgit showed us around her place and explained how to use different features of the house. She helped map out the easiest routes around the city for us. She was always available and super friendly. We had a great time and cannot wait to visit again.

A lovely, clean room in a peaceful neighbour hood. The bathroom was pristine and the sheets felt fresh. The public transport to get from the airport and Amsterdam central was easy to use. The host was friendly and responsive.

Bora was an excellent host! He left thoughtful touches like stroopwafels, a welcome note, and even an umbrella because rain was forecasted. The apartment was beautiful, warm, and cozy, with everything working perfectly. Communication was clear and smooth throughout. I highly recommend staying here—it was a pleasure!

The stay was very nice... The place was clean, cozy and as described. Yafit and Jerry are very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for our trips to Amsterdam – you can get to the city quickly and easily by both bus and bike. If you are looking for a cozy and well-connected accommodation for an Amsterdam trip, this is the place to be.

This lovely place is right off the park, walkable to restaurants, shops and even to the museums (through the park), and just a 20 min ride to the city center. It's in a VERY family friendly area!! The host is excellent -- very friendly and helpful and quick with responses. The flat is fully appointed and even has a little back patio, but 2 of the bedrooms are quite small, and the stairs between floors are steep!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful apartment! The location is perfect—right in the heart of De Pijp, surrounded by great coffee shops, restaurants, and a lively street market. Plus, it’s just a short walk to the underground, which made getting around super easy. The apartment is stunning—spacious yet cozy, with a comfy couch and fireplace that made it a great place to unwind after exploring the city. We also loved the spiral staircase leading to the bedroom and bathroom—it added such a fun, unique touch. But the best part? The hosts. So kind, responsive, and welcoming. They made everything easy and enjoyable. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Great apartment and home away from home while visiting Amsterdam. The apartment had great amenenities and was SUPER clean. Toby was a great communicator and worked with us to allow us to keep our luggage in the apartment since we had an evening flight. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood about 20 minutes away from downtown via metro but only 10-15 via bikes. There are some restaurants nearby and the metro is within easy walking distance. We were a family of 4 and the apartment was the ideal size for our family.

I can definitely recommend this accommodation. I rented the little studio and it was perfect for a solo vacation (but it also works for two people). Wilma and her family are very friendly and always making sure that everything is right. The surrounding nature is so beautiful. Take your bike or walk around and enjoy the landscape. The farm is a bit more outside in the fields, so a bike or a car can make the way to and from the frame easier. All in all I can recommend if you are looking for a beautiful and quiet place to spend a couple of day, but also want to visit the city.
