I would stay here again. This place is close to many areas on 30A but on a small dead end street with virtually no traffic. Very peaceful.

Great stay! My wife and I were in town for a wedding and had our dogs with us, the yard was perfect for them and the screened porch was fantastic as well. The house itself was spacious and clean.

There were a few issues such as a clogged sink, pool light was out, no broom at the house, no beach towels as described and these were resolved immediately. The maintenance guy was there within minutes of our call to fix each problem and provide the missing amenities. Side note - Highly recommend renting the golf cart. We were able to access just about everything we wanted to do via golf cart. The kids loved it! Overall the house was exactly what we needed and our family of 16 had a wonderful stay there. Would definitely rent again. Thank you!

We had an awesome weekend. The home is very comfortable and had everything that we needed and some things we didn't realize that we needed. The decor was very warm and added to the comfort. This location was a short drive to the Pensacola Bay Center and multiple restaurants and attractions. We indulged in multiple restaurants that were recommended by our hosts. Our pool day was very relaxing and peaceful. Overall we Loved It!!! We are planning to return with a larger group next visit. Thank you Michelle and James for the Awesome weekend! ❤️

Perfect Beach Getaway! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage! The location was unbeatable—just minutes from the ocean with many amenities (tennis court, pickleball courts, heated pool). The house was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, and an outdoor grill. Communication with the host/Brad was excellent; Brad was friendly and very responsive. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with easy beach access, this is the place to be.

Great place to stay, super clean and comfortable. It’s in a great location, short drive to all Pensacola has to offer. Kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of space for parking. We really enjoyed our stay and will likely be back.

This is a charming unit with a lot of character. It is comfortable and convenient and I would definitely stay here again.

There was a book in the room with some information that was good. Just wishes there was some information about beaches and directions. My gps took me to the Navy base twice when I entered Pensacola Beach. I finally stopped at a nail salon and they told me to enter Shaggys. Finally found it.

Dan’s place is clean, quiet and had everything anyone would need to enjoy staying in Fort Walton Beach. We would recommend his place because he thought of everything to make it a great experience. A 5 star host.!!

A truly incredible experience. This was my second stay. It had everything—best downtown location, beautiful neighborhood, kind and responsive hosts. But really what gets me with this one—the finishes and the bed. I don’t have words for how comfortable this bed is. And the finishes—-just gorgeous. Will be dreaming of this sleep until next time.

I only have amazing things to say about this stay. It might be my favorite place I’ve ever stayed-truly feels like a home away from home.

Cute, comfy and quaint! The place looked exactly like the photos. The heated pool was just a few steps away in the backyard, the beach was just right across the street and there were great restaurants in the area. Our host Jonathan was very accommodating. Everything we needed was provided, clean wash cloths and towels, cookware and utensils, even beach toys. The only complaint if I had to make one were the loud footsteps from the neighbors above us, other than that it was perfect for our mini vacation. We really enjoyed our stay and we’ll be back!

Diane was super sweet, responsive, and gave easy to follow instructions. The condo was super clean, cozy, and right on the beach. I came for a tournament and would definitely use the space again!

Amazing place! Just like the pics. Beautiful views of the water and high enough to not hear much noise from the pool or street. The beach service was very convenient, and we had lots of beach toys in the closet to bring. The beach itself was pristine, white sand, clean, and emerald green waters that stays fairly shallow (waist) for quite a distance. Great for kids that want to play in decent waves while surfers ride in the distance. Lots of good options around but we had car to venture out a few miles for all the options. Parking was a breeze.

Dave’s place was perfect for our family of 5! We loved being able to make breakfast and head down to the beach. You cannot beat the location and convenience. We took advantage of the gym which is decent for a beach destination and pickleball courts. Dave was super responsive and flexible. We will definitely return. Destin is perfect family vacation spot! For those traveling by air - we flew into MOB and drove the 2 hours to Destin…easy peasy.

Amazing place with an amazing view. I had the best time, such a good location, less than a 10 min drive to the beach and many fun different places around. definitely recommend!

Condo looked just like the pictures. Was on the second floor of a high-rise condo. Pool was pristine. Nice little beach area on the bay side. Thick concrete walls made for a quiet stay (even during spring break). The best part of this condo is how close it is to the boardwalk, the public beach and many restaurants. You can walk pretty much everywhere you want want to go in Pensacola beach from the location of the condo.

Great location with easy access to the pools, ocean and eateries. My son loved being able to fish at the pond by the condo. He caught a few large mouth bass. Area felt safe, it was quiet and we enjoyed our vacation!
