Beach condo vacation rentals in Fort Walton Beach

Our family had a great time at this condo! Everything was perfect and it was a great spot for a family vacation. The view is stunning and condo has everything you need and more. If you are looking for a condo that is beach front, accessible to pcb, and with great amenities we highly recommend this one!

Roxana property is really lovely and having some Beach view from Balcony and one bedroom. She is very much organised and give us the best support during our stay. The beach access is very convenient and we love the stay.

Our stay at Beach House condo D 602 was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, Jan ensured everything was perfect. The view from the condo was simply breathtaking, making every moment there even more special. What truly set Jan apart was her incredible hospitality. Unfortunately, our car was towed because we couldn’t print the parking pass, but Jan immediately stepped in and handled everything—including covering the towing fee! 😇 Her kindness and willingness to go above and beyond exceeded all expectations. If you’re looking for a host who genuinely cares about your experience, look no further than Jan. We can’t recommend her enough and will definitely be returning. Thank you, Jan, for making our stay unforgettable!

We had a great time at Kate's place. It was ideal for two people. I did not realize that there was not a washer or dryer, but we were fine with it just being us. If you have kids or a long stay, it might be a problem.

The views have absolutely surpassed my hopes! The home is clean, comfortable, well-provisoned and the balcony is EVERYTHING! The reception staff is super friendly and very accommodating. And other than the mildly annoying construction (turning in/out to park, not any noise), everything is just what you'd want. Beautiful front gallery area (open-stairwell down to the beach, well-equipped gym and great ice cream by the pool) The balcony is bigger than the photos portray and I spent hours out there just listening to the surf!

Omg..!! It was wonderful, the place was very cozy and welcoming, we were so comfortable there, the bed were very comfortable, we slept very well. And the beauty of it was that the beach is literally the back yard. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay walking distance to the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay. Erik was very proactive in his communication prior to our stay and even let us in before our scheduled time since the condo was available. It was exactly as pictured and described on the posting. The condo was clean and we felt right at home. Easy access to the beach and the neighborhood was private and inviting. Erik gave us plenty of local restaurants and attractions to check out and they were all great! We highly recommend and will be back!

My family of 5 stayed here for fall break! Oh what a time we had, very relaxing, peaceful and friendly faces everywhere! This condo was just perfect for us. Will come back again!

Such a beautiful place to stay at !10/10 would recommend staying the pools are very close . Plus just a 6 minute walk to the beach ! Definitely would come back again ! Robin was a great and very responsive host !

Cute, comfy and quaint! The place looked exactly like the photos. The heated pool was just a few steps away in the backyard, the beach was just right across the street and there were great restaurants in the area. Our host Jonathan was very accommodating. Everything we needed was provided, clean wash cloths and towels, cookware and utensils, even beach toys. The only complaint if I had to make one were the loud footsteps from the neighbors above us, other than that it was perfect for our mini vacation. We really enjoyed our stay and we’ll be back!

We enjoyed our stay here. With it being right next to the beach and grocery store, we didn't have to drive to anything. Joseph was amazing host and we will definitely be staying here again when we come back! This is a perfect place for a relaxing getaway.

Beautifully redone condo. My favorite one now at Beach Resort!!! Mattresses were very comfortable, extra added touches include shower/bath dispensers, spices, coffee bar with some pods, extra TP etc… loved patio furniture, peekaboo gulf view. Excellent communication. Only “negative “ is no dresser in smaller bunk room so used the shelves in bathroom but no hanging space or drawers (I hate living out of my suitcase but others are good with that so preference). Thanks!!

Tyler honestly is a great host to a beautiful place with an amazing view 🥰 my family enjoyed our stay so much and we will most definitely be back booking with Tyler. Great place! Very well kept and clean, exactly like the pictures! Can walk right out to the beach and very close to a lot of amenities. The host was very responsive to our needs of finding the parking passes and let us know of local things going on in the area while we were there. The only problem we ran into I think was it gets a bit hot in the bedroom on the left side, even with the ac turned down, but other than that we had a great stay. Thank you for hosting us!

Rich and Brenda’s place was absolutely perfect for our trip! He was extremely helpful and always got back to me in quick time. He even gave us a list of fun things to do and why he loved them! Everything looked exactly like the photos and I have zero complaints! :)

This has been my favorite air bnb in pcb so far. The host is super friendly & responds so quickly. It was clean, easy to find & the perfect spot for our little family. It’s right across the street from the beach and it took us maybe 3 minutes to get to. So convenient with kids. Definitely will be back here.

Cannot beat the location. It is a short walk to the beach and a great restaurant. It was clean and the host was friendly and responsive. The interior was minimalist which was very pretty but didn’t give off the coziest feel. The bedrooms are on the smaller side so it wasn’t the most convenient for a travel bed for our toddler.

Perfect location with easy beach access right across the street! Walkable to a few restaurants and local coffee shop. Definitely planning a trip next year to stay again.

John’s place was perfect for our getaway. It was extra special that we got to bring our fur-baby. The place was very clean and the bed was comfortable. My family really enjoyed the bikes and beach chairs. Will definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent apartment, location, the complex has everything, restaurant, pool, beach 3 minutes walk, you can go for a walk and breathe fresh air, everything well organized and clean, it's a 10/10, I would come back 100% recommend it, the host is excellent and always attentive to any questions.

I’ve stayed in Sandpiper Cove before, and the area is amazing. Very beautiful property with a private beach located across the road. You can either take your car or walk. This particular unit is close enough to walk, but we drove just to help with carrying things. The unit is located on the beautiful canal & you can see an AMAZING sunset. The place was very clean. The bathroom is pretty, but the shower/tub has paint that is chipping inside the tub & on the sides as well, but worked very well. I loved that we had a washer and dryer on site, some units have a community washing area, but beware to keep the door to the drying unit closed or the fire alarm will go off while the dryer is running 🙈! Overall, the unit had great storage, comfy furniture, a beautiful view, and amazing amenities!

This place was perfect for my little family and I. Very nice area and around so many things. The place was well stocked. It was all around a very pleasant experience and nice stay.
