The house was exactly as described - everything was clean and in good shape. Amber was very responsive to a problem we had with the dishwasher and got it working right away. Our group was very happy with our stay here.

Suited our needs perfectly while traveling out of town for work with some business colleagues. The hosts were always responsive and proactive, anticipating our needs and checking on us during our stay.

Great price for the money, particular for dog owners. Henry was very responsive even on a holiday weekend. Plenty of space, comfortable, quiet safe neighborhood, good internet speeds. Loved being close to FSU for our student. Starting to show wear due to consistent rentals but overall great.

Second time we stayed here. Great location, quiet and peaceful yet close to stores and restaurants. Not far off the highway. As always, Lindsay was very responsive and friendly. House is roomy and beds are comfy.

Staying at Tracy’s place was a pleasure. She was very responsive and attentive to our needs. The shower itself was wonderful with plenty of hot water and water pressure. We look forward to visiting her other properties.

Our family had an awesome stay at the cottage. It was close to many restaurants/bars some with live music, coffee shops and quick spots for a bite to eat. Centrally located to FSU and the recreational sports complex we were in town to visit was just short 10 minute drive away. The cottage was equipped with everything we needed and then some. Beds were comfy and it was a huge perk that we were able to bring our dogs along. Not too many places allow larger breed dogs and we never felt like we were imposing. We had a personalized message on the greeting board to welcome us and we felt right at home. Cory was very responsive; 10/10 would stay again.

Kelly’s place was wonderful. Very spacious, clean, and parking is right in front of entrance. It is a convenient location to FSU (especially the Stadium) as well as FAMU and the Florida Capitol. The beds were comfortable, high quality linens and had everything you would need from an umbrella to spices, condiments and coffee. They really go the extra mile to make this a great place to visit.

I have stayed here a few time, Wendy and Greg are great, my last stay was for 2 months. I have stayed in a lot of Airbnb‘s, thier place if my favorite, I love the back deck a the view, very private ,quiet an clean.

We were in town for a wedding, the home was welcoming, within walking distance of the venue, very clean with a pretty backyard. If we were to come to the area again we would definitely rebook.

Perfect for our overnight trip. Everything was so clean and comfortable. Jenn was responsive and helpful when recommending local spots to eat. Comfortable beds and quiet neighborhood.

Great location. Was right by a gas station that has an incredible taco truck. We walked there as it’s just 15 steps from the property and got dinner. Plenty of room for us and the pets, and a great yard for the dog. No issues with the person who lives next door and no noise was heard. Would stay there again!

Very happy with my stay here! The nightly rate is a great value considering the location and everything provided in the house. Ameer and Tacorra answered messages quickly and seem like awesome people. Ameer and the house definitely exceeded expectations.

Victoria's place was amazing! Beautifully furnished and decorated with more than enough space. She has thought of everything and has all the amenities you would possibly need and more. Very well stocked kitchen and even a nice selection of spices! Lots of extra towels, pillows and blankets make it really feel like home. Great location only 1 minute from WalMart and close to lots of restaurants, Publix, Target and more. Easy commute to and from the Capitol. Would highly recommend staying at Victoria's house. Thanks!

Excellent stay. Plenty of room.

Clean and simple space with lots of room. Big master bedroom, great kids room. My daughter loved the bunk beds. Dated kitchen but had everything we needed for our short stay. Could have used some more blankets, it was chilly for Florida. The only weird thing was that the thermostat in the unit also controlled the temperature in another unit next door. We were very apprehensive about adjusting it, but we like in colder, what if the neighbor wants it warmer? Because it was pretty cold while we were there we were not sure if we should leave the heat on when we left. It was just an odd detail that made us think more than we wanted to. Overall, great place, great location. Try not to obsess over the thermostat like we did.

Location seemed to be safe and was easy to get to. Spacious living room and back yard. Entire place was clean and stocked with plenty of clean towels for our stay.

Home was everything as advertised and communication was great! Highly recommend.
