Great location for FSU game weekend. Clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed a great stay with friends at Jonathan's Midtown Quaint Retreat. It was convenient to FSU and restaurants. Plenty of parking for 3 vehicles, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and the living room accommodated us comfortably. The retreat was easy to access and we felt safe. We appreciated Jonathan's hospitality!

Gracious host. Felt at home. The location is great. The local coffeeshop (the Black Dog Cafe) with outdoor seating by the lake is the shortest of walks from the front door of the place.

Carmen is a fantastic host with a really great place to stay in Tallahassee. Carmen makes sure you will be comfortable and secure in this home. Everything from the furniture to decorations, appliances and kitchen items all seemed new, clean and thoughtfully selected. The backyard is great for human and pet visitors. Our dog had a good time staying here, as did we!

I selected this location based on it's proximity to my areas of need (Capitol complex) other factors I weighed were the layout, safety, cost and comfort. This was a 15 day stay and I had a lot of needs to meet. The property is fine, it is as presented and well resourced. There are certainly plenty of locations that meet this standard. The standout is the exceptional communication and support from the host. It would be impossible to be find a higher standard of excellence in user experience. Other favorites were how clean the property was upon arrival and the beds are memory foam (which was a factor in selection for me as well). I would stay here again or any property they oversee. While there is no obligation or expectation that a host meet such a high standard to service, it certainly creates an elevated experience and should bring comfort to anyone considering this property or these hosts.

Everything was great from the start to the finish! Kimberly was a great host, super helpful in all questions asked. Place was super clean, and had everything plus more needed. A+ all the way though! Definitely would stay here again.

Nice house, Lyn was a great host, very responsive. The house is right next to a very busy road and across the street from a high school. It was way too loud for me. I would stay there every time I come to Tallahassee, but the noise was just too much for me.

Clean, quiet townhouse. Well furnished, no clutter. Nice rental.

It was peaceful, grocery and restaurants in close proximity. The host response time was immediate. Everything was great, no complaints!!

This was our second stay with Julisa. As always, she’s very responsive, kind and flexible. All the beds are extremely comfortable and the extra thought in stocked items make you feel right at home. The neighborhood is quiet and location was perfect for what we needed. We love it here!

Awesome people and service!

This was our second time at this location. The place is exactly as advertised, a great location, well-priced and all-around perfect for our family of 4.

We had a mini family reunion of just my kids and the grandkids. It provided great location to stores, restaurants and mall. It was also close to my other kids homes

Everything was in great working shape, very clean and very cute. There were cold waters in the fridge which was a great touch. The beds were very comfortable and the couch could fit two whole families. We will stay again next time we're in town if it's available!
