Miramar Beach beach places to stay

Our family—my wife, our two young children (11 months and 3 years old), and I—had an exceptional experience at this property. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the immaculate cleanliness and the safe, welcoming environment, which immediately put us at ease. The space was thoughtfully arranged, providing ample room for our little ones to play and explore safely. The amenities were well-maintained and catered perfectly to our family’s needs, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. Communication with the property owners was outstanding. They were incredibly responsive and attentive, promptly addressing any questions we had and ensuring our stay was as smooth as possible. We wholeheartedly recommend this property to families seeking a clean, safe, and accommodating place to stay. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we look forward to returning in the future.

This listing was exactly as described. Great location; literally minutes from the beach. Ample space in a very clean and quiet neighborhood. The golf cart is a major plus! Makes it very convenient to take a ride to the beach or to the restaurants nearby. Be mindful that the televisions have an issue with connecting to the internet, so if you want to stream Netflix of Hulu bring a FireStick. My only complaint would be the extremely firm beds. This is a personal preference, so if you’re good with a firm bed do not hesitate to book this spot. Overall, very good listing! You won’t be disappointed!

Our stay was during peak spring break season, but as the reviews advised, the area of beach this condo is on was very peaceful and family oriented. Being able to walk right off the patio to the beach was exactly what we wanted. Miramar beach is our favorite part of the area next to shopping and great restaurants, so we were very pleased with every part of this rental.

The perfect stay for our family of 9! We had four littles with us and I can’t imagine a better stay that close to the beach. We’re already planning our next trip back! Highly recommend!

WOW!! This place is stunning!! The PERFECT beach condo!! The condo is gated which helped us worry less about our vehicle in the lot, the attendant made laps thru the day and night. Room check in was easy. The communication between the host was top notch!! Response with in seconds, checked on us, and gave local recommendations. The condo was extremely clean. And had cleaning caddys available which I loved bc Im a lil OCD. Decor and furniture was timeless (felt like a was in Z gallery beach edition) The host thought of everything and then some! The location was perfect. A beautifully furnished patio with a view of the beach. The fellas working the chairs and umbrellas were kind and so helpful. Would stay here again! 10 out of 10!!

Very nice! I slept 8 hours every night in this rental which is rare for me on vacation. The golf cart is the game changer for this community. We took it everywhere. We made a seafood boil one night and enjoyed it on the back porch. We loved having a washer and dryer and came home with clean clothes. The neighborhood is quiet and just what we needed. Host is very communicative, we even extended our stay by one night.

Perfect spot and very great communication. Home had everything we needed. Lake in the back was a hit. Nice to have access to all of the Sandestin amenities and a golf cart to get us around. We will be back!

Great place. The unit is fully updated and had a great view of the beach. Very quiet and perfect for a long stay.

We stayed at Preston and Sarah Kate’s for Memorial Day weekend with our 1 year old and we had an amazing time. I was so impressed by how detailed all of the instructions were and the convenience of have a site we can refer to that answered an questions we would have, including local recommendations. The best part of all is that this place is literally across the street from the beach entrance and has a quiet area reserved for guests. Preston and Sarah Kate have everything you’ll need for the beach which makes it super convenient for traveling without the worry of overpacking or buying things you’ll only need once. Can’t recommend this place more! Look forward to our next stay!

We had the most amazing time at this condo — it was truly the perfect couple’s getaway! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the space itself was cozy, clean, and beautifully maintained. You can tell a lot of care has gone into making it feel like a true escape. Alex was incredible to work with. From the moment we booked, he made everything so easy and stress-free. Clear communication, thoughtful touches, and such a welcoming vibe — it honestly felt like we were staying at a friend’s place. We loved every moment of our stay and already can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful, romantic retreat!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was as listed and only a short walk to the beach. Dr. Perry’s place had everything we could have needed for our stay. Would definitely considering staying here again in the future.

This is the second time we stay here! It is super clean and Laura is a wonderful host! She checks in and always answers any concerns or questions right away. So much to do in the area and easy access. I highly recommend staying here!!

The views are PRICELESS! Central location for so much. The kids loved being able to walk across the street to the beach, and come back to enjoy ice cream from Kilwins. Danny’s communication is unmatched as a host. He is the absolute BEST!.

Excellent condo! We have stayed at this condo in this past but never this unit. We are most definitely staying at Beach Manor 414 in the future. Views don’t get much better than this. Clean, close to beach, pool, gym, walking paths.

A best friend and I decided to turn a day trip into an overnight stay last minute. Kevin was super responsive and made sure we were good to go! The room was extremely nice and clean! We will definitely be back!

CC’s By the Sea is a beautiful beach condo full of necessities making guests feel right at home. The decor is beautiful and the view from the balcony is stunning! We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this condo to others. Panama City Beach was a lot of fun and we plan to return one day.

Have stayed in this building before and I believe that Trish's condo is the BEST location in the whole building. It's at the end of the hall (private, aside from maybe 2 other units), next to the stairs that go right out to the pool and the walkway to the beach. Well appointed, clean and fresh, and a great balcony. Kitchen and bathroom stocked with the essentials. Will look for it again when we come back to Sandestin!

What a great stay! The condo is beautiful and in excellent condition. It came with everything we needed to get through the week with a family of 5. The beach was so close and beautiful. All the pool and beach toys the kids could want were already on site and available for use. The pool was a hit-huge and plenty of seating and shade. Crystal and Andrew were exceptional and responsive communicators from the day I booked their place until even beyond checkout when my son forgot his special blanket and they made sure to get it back to us. I highly recommend this location for a beach getaway!
