We own 3 other adjacent units including a 1st floor unit! 2 beach chairs w/umbrella (3/15-10/31).

Perfect Gulf Views in a modern, updated condo

Wonderful 2 bedroom plus bunk room and 1 set of FREE beach chairs set up each day with an umbrella by the beach staff during their beach rental season. Newly renovated with 90 plus 5 star reviews. We are located on the third floor of Aqua condo which means no waiting in long elevator lines. The car park from the sky bridge leads directly to the third floor. For my condo there is a private elevator for floors 1-3 only. The higher the condo the least desirable the condo will be.

Great amenities including a gulf-front fitness center, multiple luxury pools, a hot tub, a steam room, covered parking, and more! The condo is a 1-bedroom with bunkroom, 2 bathroom. The bunkroom has new twin/queen beds and TV for the kids. Aqua charges $55 per vehicle per rental for parking. Paid directly to Aqua.
