Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Fort Walton Beach

This home was by far one of the best I have stayed in. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful home, and private. The house was also equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Jared was an amazing host. Loved the location of this rental. The space was amazing. Pool was so close and was clean and amazing. Beach was an easy short 10 minute walk. Easy access to main road and restaurants. Area had everything available (grocery, shopping). Jared was so responsive with the couple questions we had. Our families had such a great time here and look forward to and will stay here again. The neighborhood felt so calm, safe and clean. So happy with the whole week.

We had a blast at Angie’s house. The property was beautiful and spacious and fit our family and group perfectly. The house is close to the beach (3 minute drive) and would recommend a golf cart or car to get there. Lots of dining options around. We enjoyed Santa Rosa Beach which is a little less crowded than other 30a beaches. I would recommend bringing a few extra necessities such as paper towels, trash bags etc as we ran out of the starter supply. Also, pool/beach towels as those weren’t provided. The pool and hot tub were very convenient and a great spot to relax after the beach. Overall it was a fantastic house and I’d recommend!

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!! The cottage was immaculate!!! We enjoyed two nights relaxing in the hot tub, beds were comfy, kitchen pretty well stocked. Hated to leave and go back to reality. We will most definitely be booking again really soon!!!

Amazing place for large family gatherings. Ample space and amenities within the home. 2 mins walk to the beach as well. Everything is as described on the website. The instructions were clear and very comprehensive, so there were no issues. Michael was also very proactive with text messages and checking in from time to time. Great Host. We really enjoyed staying there and had a fun filled thanksgiving week with all our extended family. While we did not use the grill, although we intended to, perhaps that could have been cleaned better. The outdoor sports equipment, especially the pool table may need some TLC.

Very high quality house, didn’t feel cheap at all like some homes intended for short term rentals. Very spacious living floor, kitchen and master suite. Location was great being so close to Peddlers square but do take note that being so close means it’s very noisy during peak seasons, we were unable to enjoy the back patio at night due to the live music essentially in the backyard. Comfortable beds and couches. Also for busier times of the year this community shares beach access with Sunset beach and their area is rather small - almost every square inch of the beach was taken up by people, recommend driving down to Deer Creek - was way more enjoyable for our family and kids.

Where do I start?! The place was great for my family and dogs. Hal has great communication and super helpful. Hal was going to the store one evening and actually offered to grab us something if we needed. He actually built a stand for the hot tub cover while we were there. Works great! The house has plenty of room. The shower outside was super helpful when we came back from the beach. Thanks Hal!

We had a fantastic time at Boyd’s and Eva’s place in Pensacola Beach, Florida, despite the rain. The house was beautiful, cozy, and had stunning views, making it the perfect setting for quality family time. We loved spending time together in the home and taking in the breathtaking views from the balcony.

Richards place was very nice and very accommodating, having all the supplies needed for a great picnic and beach day with the kids. Chairs, Toys, Safety Vest and Boards for Pool & Beach. Very convenient and in a nice part of the beach for family. Will definitely try to book again if available for our next vacation! Thank you Richard for a great stay!

We are from the state of Georgia and when we want to enjoy the beach in summer we come to Destin, we have been renting beach houses for more than 8 years but this time we can say that it has been the best stay we have had, the house is super comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, very comfortable beds, close to everything. Recommended 100% we would like to rent with you again the next time we come.

Great location, the view from the home was comforting for me since I’m a senior and not wanting to go everywhere with my daughters. Home away from home with great amenities!

Great place and pools/hot tubs were a plus to relax at the end of each day. The golf cart was awesome to get around to/fr beach area. We’ll rent again when we are back in Destin or recommend to friends and family!
