Returning to our favorite Airbnb beach cottage was just as magical as our first visit. The cozy interior, the yard feel, and easy access to the beach make it a perfect getaway. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every detail is just right. We love the serene atmosphere and can't wait to come back again. Highly recommended!

Great location and host. Perfect size home for a family of four. Quick walk to the beach and just steps from the pool. Lots of time spent on the deck which was one of our favorite areas to hangout as a family. Would definitely recommend.

We loved Courtney’s cottage! It was larger than the photos looked and we were surprised with popcorn which was a huge hit! Everything was super clean and the kitchen was well stocked with spices. We grilled fish one night and yum! The hot tub was great and we really had a blast for our girls’ trip!

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the charm and comfort of this beautiful home. The space was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and cozy. This was our first time to 30a so we didn’t really know where the best place to stay would be but this location was ideal—very peaceful yet conveniently close to local shops and dining options. A short bike ride to Alys Beach or The Big Chill. We especially loved the cozy outdoor seating area. The beach access was a 5 minute walk away! This home comes with everything you need! Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and even a little cooler to take snacks/drinks to the beach with you. The cruiser bikes were an added bonus! Our host was incredibly responsive and provided clear, helpful instructions that made our stay seamless. We had one little issue and they took care of it immediately! Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction top notch. We will be back!

Molly's Place was perfect! It was only half a block to the public access point for the beach, and it was also very walkable to restaurants, including Destin Commons. The house was spotless and clean when we walked in, and every amenity needed was provided. The owner is always very responsive to messages. This was the second time we stayed, and I would highly recommend Molly's Place.

The cottage was perfect. It was spotless clean when we arrived. Jason was super fast in responding. The location couldn’t have been better. The private access white powder beach was beautiful. The bicycles were a nice touch as we rode them to Aly’s Beach. We didn’t leave without enjoying the pool also. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Marianne was a great host, super responsive and friendly! We had one extremely minor issue during our stay and it was taken care of and fixed within 10 minutes. It’s dog friendly which was great for us to bring our three pups along with us, my husband and 4yr son caught tons of fish off the dock in the backyard as well as a few crabs. We drove to Destin/Miramar everyday and it wasn’t a bad ride at all. The place was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Very cozy and peaceful, we used the giant hot tub a few times and it was wonderful both with and without the heat on! We will absolutely be staying here again for our future Florida endeavors!

It’s a great place to stay with your family. There is plenty of room, cooking wear and things you mess for the beach. It is very pet friendly, so I was able to bring my two miniature dachshunds. The house is close to the beach, but make sure to come early since parking is limited. There is a trail for running and biking around that connects to seaside. Carol was a great hostess.

Love staying here! Close to beach and easy walk to restaurants. House is always clean and A/C works well so never hot! Small house but functional and second bedroom is large with 2 full or queen beds. 1 story so no stairs with dogs or kids. Ms. Ella always nice and easily reached.

The cottage was everything Foxy Vacations hosts said it would be. Very cute, clean and well supplied with kitchen and bed/bath supplies. Could have used written instructions on how to use the smart thermostat.

Amy was a wonderful host! She greeted us upon our arrival. She was very attentive to our questions or any needs that arose. We appreciated the beautiful decor that gave us the coziness and comfort of home. All the amenities made our stay evermore enjoyable. The carriage house is centrally located to the beach, restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our walks in the beautiful area of Rosemary/Seacrest/Alys Beach. The sunsets were spectacular against the clear blue water and powder white sand. A true paradise! We really enjoyed our month stay at the lovely carriage house. Tom & Sandy

Lauren’s place was perfect! It was super clean and it was comfortable. The place had exactly what we needed to stay they really thought out the area and the things people need while staying for adventures. It was super close to amenities beach, downtown, restaurants and the airport is 8-10min drive super close. We love this place and look forward to staying here again when we visit.

Rhonda & Susan were amazing hosts! Super easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The cottage was perfect for my husband, 2 dogs & I. Everything was very clean & cozy. We appreciated the opportunity to stay in the Cottage and can’t wait to return! The location is also extremely convenient. Thank you for sharing your space with us!

House had everything we needed for a great beach vacation. Easy walk to the beach. The provided wagon, beach chairs & beach towels were a great bonus. Enjoyed quiet morning walks around the neighborhood and loved spending the evenings on the screened porch after beating at the beach all day Definitely would stay here again!

We had an excellent time during our recent visit to Pensacola, our stay in Gulf Breeze put us very close to everything we planned to do. Beaches to walk and look for shells, Blue Wahoos baseball, Palafox market, so many restaurants, Blue Angels air show, Pensacola pier, and great golf. The cottage had beautiful views and was very peaceful, we spent a lot of time sitting on the porch enjoying the breeze. Fishing was a huge hit, we brought a couple of poles with us and caught lots of redfish from the dock. We released them, although most were sized to keep if we wanted to do that. We shared a few smaller fish with the friendly heron that kept us company. Our family had lots of fun this week, including the dogs, and we look forward to our next visit to the area.

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean. Coffee options were great to have. The guide they provided for local restaurants, etc was really helpful. It’s even closer to the beach than I thought it would be! Everything we needed was provided, including extra blankets and towels. The place is so cute too!! Definitely recommend, and we would love to stay again!

The property was exactly what the listing advertised as well as a great location and surrounding areas and easy to get around. We really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to staying there again in the future!

me and my friend took a trip and wanted to have a peaceful yet fun time! that’s exactly what it was. it was beautiful. porch was so nice to sit on. house was just beautiful. bed is big enough for two and very comfortable. the area was a good location and the hosts were very kind and responsive! it was awesome! definitely would stay again!!

We were so appreciative of Brandon and his place! We were scrambling to find somewhere last-minute after our previous Airbnb had unexpected construction and left us without water for two days. Luckily, we came across Brandon’s place that same night—and it was perfect. The home is beautiful, super clean, and we loved the beachy theme throughout. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I especially loved the master bathroom. The yard was spacious and perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather. The location was also great—close to both the beach and downtown, which made everything super convenient. Also, the kitchen was incredibly well-stocked, which made cooking meals easy and enjoyable. Brandon was so thoughtful—he checked in with us and offered great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in Pensacola. We truly felt comfortable and at home. Thank you again for saving our trip!

This location was fantastic for our two families. It’s a super walkable location to both Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. The pool is so close but also a safe distance away when staying with small children. The beach is very walkable but we found the tram to be really handy when carrying all the beach toys.

This place was incredible. It was such an adorable little house. Well laid out, felt very spacious. Everything was clean and very modern. Loved it, def would stay again if in that area again!

My sister and I enjoyed this cottage so much , we are planning another trip this summer!! It was very quite a pleasant!!
