Beach condo vacation rentals in Fort Walton Beach

Roxana property is really lovely and having some Beach view from Balcony and one bedroom. She is very much organised and give us the best support during our stay. The beach access is very convenient and we love the stay.

My friends and I stayed here over Easter weekend to celebrate my 21st birthday and get baptized. It was absolutely amazing!!! Everything was super clean and there was just enough space for the three of us. We could not get over how cute the place was, it was PERFECT for a girls trip!!

We had a wonderful stay! Sandy’s place is lovely and set up so well to live for a week comfortably & effortlessly. Not to mention there are so many fun things to do, visit & enjoy right by the resort. We definitely plan to come back and stay again in the future.

Our stay at Beach House condo D 602 was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, Jan ensured everything was perfect. The view from the condo was simply breathtaking, making every moment there even more special. What truly set Jan apart was her incredible hospitality. Unfortunately, our car was towed because we couldn’t print the parking pass, but Jan immediately stepped in and handled everything—including covering the towing fee! 😇 Her kindness and willingness to go above and beyond exceeded all expectations. If you’re looking for a host who genuinely cares about your experience, look no further than Jan. We can’t recommend her enough and will definitely be returning. Thank you, Jan, for making our stay unforgettable!

We had a great time at Kate's place. It was ideal for two people. I did not realize that there was not a washer or dryer, but we were fine with it just being us. If you have kids or a long stay, it might be a problem.

The host was very sweet to keep checking with us to see if we have any issues. The house was clean and well maintained. I really enjoyed our stay there.

I fell in love with Fort Walton, we actually looked at condo prices while we were there for ourselves. I loved being right on the beach and sitting watching the waves. The condo was very clean. The water was as expected, clear and beautiful on our first day. However the ocean is unpredictable, there were red and double red flags everyday after our first day. The water was still beautiful, however know how to respect the ocean's rip currents and the warning flags or it can be dangerous. The pool was a great backup plan for us. Rindy supplied everything listed and more. We were surprised by the goodie basket, all the beach toys, extra beach chairs and boogie boards to use. We left behind a fishing rod for whomever would like to try pier or dock fishing. Very easy to get around town. We booked tons of things to do and left three free days to explore. The people were very friendly and tons of places to eat or get groceries. Thanks Rindy!

Omg..!! It was wonderful, the place was very cozy and welcoming, we were so comfortable there, the bed were very comfortable, we slept very well. And the beauty of it was that the beach is literally the back yard. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay walking distance to the beach.

The location could not have been more perfect. As a family with small children we know that an elevator is a necessity when loading/unloading vehicles however with the coronavirus going around, we wanted somewhere with stairs and as few tight public places as possible. Marcella’s place was perfect - RIGHT next to the stairs and elevator and on the same floor as the beach deck. Incredibly clean condo and a well stocked kitchen. Having the beach chairs available was a nice convenience. We were only there for a quick stay so we didn’t use the pool or tram but the pool looked clean. Would definitely visit again!

Cute, comfy and quaint! The place looked exactly like the photos. The heated pool was just a few steps away in the backyard, the beach was just right across the street and there were great restaurants in the area. Our host Jonathan was very accommodating. Everything we needed was provided, clean wash cloths and towels, cookware and utensils, even beach toys. The only complaint if I had to make one were the loud footsteps from the neighbors above us, other than that it was perfect for our mini vacation. We really enjoyed our stay and we’ll be back!

This was a great spot for my wife and I to spend a weekend. It was beautiful and enough room for us! It was super clean and it looked just like the pictures. Nick was a great host. He was very welcoming and his instructions were very clear and easy. Thanks Nick, would love to stay here again.

Beautifully redone condo. My favorite one now at Beach Resort!!! Mattresses were very comfortable, extra added touches include shower/bath dispensers, spices, coffee bar with some pods, extra TP etc… loved patio furniture, peekaboo gulf view. Excellent communication. Only “negative “ is no dresser in smaller bunk room so used the shelves in bathroom but no hanging space or drawers (I hate living out of my suitcase but others are good with that so preference). Thanks!!

Beautiful place. There were 3 ‘littles’ with us and they loved the pool, beach and the bunkbeds. Very busy area, but we stayed on the premises most of the time and it was calm and cool. Would recommend!!

Great place! Very well kept and clean, exactly like the pictures! Can walk right out to the beach and very close to a lot of amenities. The host was very responsive to our needs of finding the parking passes and let us know of local things going on in the area while we were there. The only problem we ran into I think was it gets a bit hot in the bedroom on the left side, even with the ac turned down, but other than that we had a great stay. Thank you for hosting us!

Everything was great! Only thing I would suggest is a few more towels available per bathroom 😊 Nicholas was very easy to connect with and willing to help! Super easy stay and awesome location!

Perfect location with easy beach access right across the street! Walkable to a few restaurants and local coffee shop. Definitely planning a trip next year to stay again.

John’s place was perfect for our getaway. It was extra special that we got to bring our fur-baby. The place was very clean and the bed was comfortable. My family really enjoyed the bikes and beach chairs. Will definitely recommend staying here!

I’ve stayed in Sandpiper Cove before, and the area is amazing. Very beautiful property with a private beach located across the road. You can either take your car or walk. This particular unit is close enough to walk, but we drove just to help with carrying things. The unit is located on the beautiful canal & you can see an AMAZING sunset. The place was very clean. The bathroom is pretty, but the shower/tub has paint that is chipping inside the tub & on the sides as well, but worked very well. I loved that we had a washer and dryer on site, some units have a community washing area, but beware to keep the door to the drying unit closed or the fire alarm will go off while the dryer is running 🙈! Overall, the unit had great storage, comfy furniture, a beautiful view, and amazing amenities!

We had a great stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a family beach trip with our dogs. It was the perfect spot to relax, clean up after long beach days, and get some rest. Having Roku TVs in each room was a nice touch, and the provided dog beds were much appreciated by our pups. The pools on the property were a bonus, too. Would definitely recommend for families traveling with pets!

Great place to stay with a beautiful beach just steps away. We loved staying here and enjoyed being on the first floor for our pup. Chris communicated really well and genuinely cared about us having a great vacation and that we did. We have been many places across the Gulf of America but Miramar Beach and the Emerald Coast is by far the best. We loved having the beach chairs and umbrella set up for us each day. Go ahead and book - you will not be disappointed.

We had a great stay in 1119. Right out the back patio is the beach. We used the beach setup each day and appreciated the amenity. The condo is stocked with anything you could even think of needing! The condo was a good size for 2 people, and would still be very comfortable for 4. The refrigerator had ice and water dispenser, so nice to not have to buy loads of bottled water during the week. we forgot to bring an air fryer, but then noticed that the oven had an air fryer setting! The condo has books and board games, some beach toys, it really had everything we needed. Sandpiper Cove is a place we prefer over the high rise condos, it's so convenient to park right outside of your unit, no waiting on elevators and long walks to unload and load your vehicles. Book with confidence, the unit is just as pictured!
