Wow! What a wonderful stay me and my little family had. So beautiful, so peaceful, so gorgeous, so homely. Would defo recommend!!!!!! If you like rural stays this one is for you. Amazing! Thank you Tanya for giving us this amazing opportunity to make memories that we will treasure forever. ❤️

We had such a lovely time at the shepherds hut, a perfectly peaceful and quiet get away - just what we needed! Great location for picturesque walks. We walked along Offas Dyke took 2.5 hrs straight from the hut. The local town had everything you needed only a short drive or 20 min walk away. We grabbed a takeaway pizza from Daphnes which was very delicious. Despite wet weather all weekend it did not dampen our spirits. The covered kitchen was a perfect location to cosy up and watch the thunder and lightning. It had everything you needed to make breakfast. The provided bread, bacon, eggs & milk were a lovely addition. The bed was very very comfy and the hut was clean, tidy & cosy. The hill up to the hut is steep but the provided wheelbarrow helped. Leaving in the rain was hilarious.

Gorgeous hut tucked away in the beautiful countryside, surround by rolling hills and farmlife. I would highly recommend Rosalind's beautiful space if you want a true experience of the english countryside and a bit of peace and quiet. The hut looks exactly like the photos, great built in kitchen and all the amenities you can need. If you are an animal lover like myself definitely was a plus to be surrounded by their beautiful dogs and farm animals ! Great private space but are still connected to the farm if you need support with anything which was comforting. Rosalind was lovely and responsive. Will come back again :)

Perfect place for additional family to stay for our family wedding

Lovely place to spend a few days in peace in quiet. The hot tub was amazing and the hosts are very friendly. The hut is in close proximity to the Wye Valley, which is a great place to explore.

Had a lovely stay at Jessica's! The hut was clean and had everything we needed, with additional personal touches. The hot tub was ready for use at any time and we enjoyed the beautiful views out across the fields. Thank you!

Perfect location, immaculately clean and peaceful. It was more beautiful than we expected and we especially loved cooking on the fire pit and use of the hot tub. Richard was on hand to answer any questions and I highly recommend walking Pen Y Fan and Dragons Back if you're into that sort of thing. The best first anniversary we could have thought of, we'd love to come back again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space with us x

beautiful area, lovely getaway with silent nights after clear skies.

Lovely hut in a beautiful setting, we stayed after visiting the nearby Hay Festival. Tom was very helpful with clear instructions to find the location. We had some lambs visit us in the morning to keep the grass short.

Wonderfully peaceful location. Sitting outside by the stream in the evenings with a glass of wine and listening to the birdsong was the perfect way to end some busy days at Hay Festival (which was a pleasant 25 min drive through lovely scenery on very quiet roads). Superb hosts, helpful and responsive. The hut had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. Would recommend!

We highly recommend this place. Me, my partner and our dog Dali have just got back from 3 nights and we really enjoyed it. Our dog especially loved having a big area to run around free and it was super handy for us to be able to relax knowing he was in the secluded garden area. They have dogs here which 2 of them would come in and play with our dog which again was really nice for us to see! We loved the border collie who would want to play fetch with stones he had found. Trish the host was friendly and gave some really good recommendations for the area which helped us. In the summer months I would recommend bringing a fan for the room as it gets HOT in the cabin. All in all we really enjoyed our stay here.

We had a lovely couple of days at Lou’s place, a beautifully decorated, well kept, and fully equipped hut. The location was perfect for us, nice and tranquil, just the relaxed location we needed. We would definitely return, and 100% recommend. Thank you Lou

The cabin was absolutely amazing! Exceeded all expectations. It was a beautiful, peaceful location with amazing views. Amazing hot tub too! The hosts definitely thought of everything, kitchen was so well kitted out. Top tip, grab some food to keep you going from the shops in Abbergaveny on the way up!

Perfectly situated for a peaceful weekend. Made friends with the chickens who came to visit. Glad we visited when we did because the sun shone both days at the end of May. Shower was beautifully hot and all facilities more than adequate. John Lewis towels. Walked to Horse and Groom in the village (10 mins) for a delicious meal; such a shame it is being modernised in next couple of years. Couldn't walk to Daylesford Organic as too far along winding roads with no footpaths so drove and what a delight that was. We bought food from the deli for our dinner and two breakfasts. Highly recommend this shepherds hut.

We absolutely loved our stay at ‘The Bibury’! Only a short drive from Burford, it was a wonderfully peacefully escape in such a gorgeous setting. The facilities were fantastic and the welcome basket was a lovely treat on arrival - the wood-fired hot tub was an added bonus! The hosts were really friendly and helpful. We would definitely reccomend to others visiting the Cotswolds :)

Our stay at this beautifully presented Shepherd’s Hut was nothing short of delightful. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed into a space that was clean, homely, and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities —including underfloor heating and reliable WiFi. The hut itself was wonderfully cosy, offering a sense of privacy and comfort. One of the highlights was the secure outdoor space, which our dog absolutely loved. There was also the added bonus of a secure field next to the hut which gave us peace of mind and allowed for plenty of playtime. The surrounding area was stunning, with lovely views and an abundance of birdlife, creating a wonderful escape from the everyday hustle. The hospitality we received was exceptional. Our host greeted us warmly at both check-in and check-out and provided fantastic recommendations for exploring the local area. I would highly recommend this property to other guests!

The stay was exactly what I wanted. Somewhere with a hot tub that felt nice and cozy. The picturesque scenery with the animals was lovely to wake up to in the mornings. The instructions provided by Becky were extremely helpful and definitely made our stay much easier to enjoy. Would recommend to anyone interested in booking.

This is the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. We absolutely loved it, felt very at home and back to nature. Very good location with a nice walk along the canal into bath and lovely local pubs and cafe on the barge. Cathy was very helpful and responsive and she had thought of everything we needed in the shepherds hut (and the bed was very comfy!)

Our Second time staying at the Shepards Hut beautiful location, enjoy the lovely surroundings whilst enjoying your breakfast and coffee! Has everything you need and cosy at night. Sophie is a friendly host will stay again.

Excellent location, lovely views. Nice private area in front of the hut looking out over the fields. Really need to spend more than one night to take full advantage. The accommodation was compact but that's what you would expect from a Shepherds Hutt. It was very well equipped to a high standard. Didn't need to trouble owners but they were available on site if needed. Chatted with Sonia when we left - very nice friendly lady! Suggestion : There was a Nespresso cafe machine but no pods that we could find. Not a problem as I always take my own coffee. Would also have been nice to have had a small carton of real milk provided. Didn't use the wood fired hot tub - seemed like more trouble than it was worth. Overall a unique and excellent retreat.

Fantastic shepherds hut. Well equipped and even had some nice local produce and hot tub waiting for us. Laura was great and helpful at all times. The picture’s don’t do the view justice it’s the best I’ve seen in the cotswolds. Would not hesitate to book again.

We had a lovely little break in Apple Blossom’ very peaceful, beautiful views. The hut was very clean. Tea, coffee & sugar was provided along with marshmallows for the bbq. Enclosed garden very safe for our Puppy and water & food bowls and treats were left by the owner. Would definately recommend staying here to anyone looking for a break away. David was very friendly and helpful.
