The place was fantastic! Great location, very cozy, conveniently located, close to all that Balat has to offer. Ișil, was amazing 👏! she met us on the first day, did a detailed walk through of the space, showed us around the neighborhood, and was available for any of our questions while we stayed at her gorgeous space. she even helped us with unstanding local transportation. Would absolutely stay again. Communication was second to none. Thank you, thank you!

Where does one even begin when everything was just perfect? Oya and Ned are the frendliest and most caring Airbnb hosts I have ever had the pleasure to meet. They welcomed us very warmly, gave us a tour of the flat and explained how everything works and to reach out to them if we had any requests. Ned was very reactive every time we messaged him to ask for recommendations and on the last day Oya made sure a taxi would be waiting for us just outside the house to take us to the airport. What else can I say? Just the perfect stay :)

The home was impeccable, 12-15 from istiklal. On the 6th floor with a nice view, spotless. The complex is very organized with a pool , gym and 2 food shops and the host impeccable, everything we needed was always there and helped us!!

We had a really nice time in Riza’s and Onur’s house. It is next to so many cafes and the commute is very easy with tram and ferry stations within 5-minutes walk. We were a family of 8 and had enough space for everyone. The house is well-equipped and had everything we needed. It does have many stairs inside and particularly the ones to the top floor are quite steep, but the hosts were very forthcoming about it and made sure we knew about it before confirming the booking. The communication was great and any small technical issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. My daughter is into arts and she particularly enjoyed various pieces of art in the house. Great stay and many thanks to the hosts!

The apartment is impeccable exactly as in the photos, it is spacious, well equipped with very good quality furniture and everything you need, in a very nice and well-kept building. The location is extraordinary, a few steps from restaurants and transportation. The staff is very friendly, with excellent communication and helpful, they even offered us transportation to the airport which is convenient and at a fair price. I highly recommend it.

Great 3 floor house in Balat. 15 minutes from the center. Balat is super nice hipster neighborhood with lots of coffee places and local restaurants. The house had 5 bedrooms, all clean and organized. Super nice decor. Comfortable beds and in the 3rd floor you have a living room and dining room with a small kitchen to gather together. We were 8 adults and had lot of space.

Moussab was very helpful during our stay. Communicated clearly on how to get there and with checkin instructions. I had a little issue with the bathroom upstairs which he attended to immediately. One thing to remember is that there are no doors in the rooms, in case you missed it or haven't noticed it from the pictures.

Nurten is a friendly and welcoming host, she gave us all instructions we needed. Staying at her apartments was a great experience. Everything you need and wonderful location. Highly recommend!

It was easy to find the house and check in, inside it was clean, quiet, and you can see that the space is created with taste and love. I have stayed in many Airbnbs and I can admit, I was very impressed by yours. You also helped us a lot by allowing us to leave our things on the day of check-out and pick them up later so that we could enjoy the walk and Istanbul breakfast one more time. We were very happy with the apartment. It was very clean and very big, perfect for 5 people. The owner of the apartment was also very friendly and accommodating. He sent us all the necessary information in good time and was always available. If you had any questions you could always write to him and he helped you. He also gave us lots of helpful tips on how best to get around and what was nearby. We can only recommend the apartment 👍🏻 Thank you very much

I booked a lot of houses in Beyoğlu before but none of them was this clean. So pretty, lots of rooms to stay with a nice view. Turn around the corner and you are at İstiklal. From coffee machine to tea maker you can find anything. Would definetely stay again.

I recently travelled to Istanbul with my family and it was an excellent choice! The location was extremely convenient, just 200 meters from the Galata Tower, and very close to a metro station. There were plenty of cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets around, making it easy to explore and find anything we needed. The house itself was clean and well-maintained, and the kitchen was well-equipped. One night there was no hot water but it was resolved quickly the next morning after communication with the owner of the appartment. The communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. On our last day, they allowed us to leave our luggage at a nearby hotel they owned, which was very convenient for us. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. A fantastic place in a fantastic location!

I had an amazing Airbnb experience at Mr. Ali’s apartment in Istanbul. The location was absolutely prime—everything you need is just a stone’s throw away. On weekends, when you open the window at night, you’re treated to the most incredible music, creating a vibrant atmosphere. During the rest of the week, it’s perfectly peaceful with no noise disturbances. Mr. Ali is a fantastic host—kind, responsive, and always ready to help. Even if I had a question unrelated to the stay, like how to get to certain places, he would reply immediately! One of the highlights was on December 31st, when we returned to the apartment and found a bag hanging on our door. Inside was delicious Turkish baklava and a thoughtful card from Mr. Ali wishing us a Happy New Year. It was such a kind and memorable gesture. Everything about the stay was perfect, and I can confidently say this won’t be my last time staying here. Highly recommend!

Great apartment for a family with kids to spend some relaxed days in Istanbul. The apartment has an old school charm yet is modern in its amenities. The kitchen is super well equipped. The location could not be better for exploring Istanbul on foot. The host was lovely, kind, helpful and flexible. All in all, the apartment is highly recommendable.

I contemplated to book because we came as a family 2 adults +1 teen & a kid so size is somewhat matter. Turned out I made a perfect choice ❤️. Yes, it doesn't have a living room, but the main room is properly sized and super comfy (not to mention the beautiful chandelier!). Location wise is the best to explore Galata area, Taksim, old city, all within walking distance (w/ so much to see & eat haha). I recommend Adiguzel 1 minute walk, owned by a very kind gentleman. They serves delicious turkish dishes. Weather was wet & cold during our stay, coming home after a cold day outside was such a relief. I can see that Zeynep put so much effort when renovating the unit. Full marble bathroom with natural olive based soap & shampoo. Pristine clean kitchen w/ every basic thing needed for the stay. There's a beautiful terrace on the 4th fl overlooking Golden Horn & old city. We arrived early in the morning. She let us check in early with no add cost. Thx so much! Highly recommend!

Great place! It is in a quiet area yet close to the main tourist spots. There are also some charming cafés nearby. I would definitely stay there again.

Benny is very friendly, helpful and very responsive to messages. He welcomed us personally and gave us very good tips. The apartment is perfectly located for visiting Istanbul. Although very close to a main road, it is quiet. The bus stop is very close, so we were able to get everywhere very well by public transport. The area is still rather simple, the apartment makes a very positive impression here. The apartment can be reached via a somewhat narrow staircase and is located on two floors. Downstairs are two bedrooms and a toilet, upstairs is a nice living room with balcony, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. We felt very comfortable and safe and would love to come back.

We had the pleasure of staying at Muge’s apartment for a week, and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed everything was. The location was fantastic, conveniently close to the hospital ( since our trip goal was seeing a doctor, in addition to sightseeing ), nice restaurants nearby , and public transport( taxi and Metrobus 50 meters away ) , yet wonderfully quiet and peaceful at night. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment itself was equipped with everything we needed and more! The beds were incredibly comfortable, the Wi-Fi in the rooms area could be better though, in addition to a cozy living area perfect for unwinding. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and top-notch service. If we ever return to this area, we wouldn’t think twice about staying here again.

the apartment is beautiful, very cozy, a real home. good base in the middle of the city rum. lovely shower, two spacious bedrooms, spacious living room. on weekends there can be heard music in the evening. no thumping techno or something but we had a live concert with turkish flute and singing. quite nice. so you should not mind that. from about 1 hour it is quiet.

The space is quite bright and has all the basic luxuries. It is a bit challenging since its on a hill but that’s normal in İstanbul. Also there s no elevator. But you got plenty of space to breath. Good space. Recommended.

The place was very tidy and cozy! It was sparkling clean which is always a priority for me - clean kitchen, clean bathroom, clean sheets. The host is very helpful and responsive - replies almost instantly. There are Starbucks and a grocery store next to the building. And last but not least - we happened to visit during an earthquake and the building was very stable! I absolutely recommend this apartment and the host!

Melissa’s place was amazing. I’ve received clear instructions on how to go around the area as well as in the building itself. Proximity of the shops and restaurants, security, garage and location of the apartment made my stay an unforgettable experience. Host made sure I understood everything and even did a follow up question after some time if everything is okay. Definitely a 10/10 experience! Would recommend it to anyone.
