Vacation rentals with a patio in Eyüpsultan

Mr. George is very interested, it was very easy to communicate. The room was clean and as it appeared in the pictures. It met our expectations

Amazing view to both sides: the Galata Tower and the entire city! We would recommend and think the place is worth climbing the stairs!

It’s a fun, boho space with lots of room to spread out in. I will say it needs a bit of a refresh and the host is aware. Here’s hoping the minor updates that need updating will be done soon. I definitely would go back.

Nilay and Sencer's appartment is very nice, clean and having a local spirit. We were welcomed warmly by Sencer. The tram and bus stops are very close: less than 5 minutes away and you would need 10-15 minutes to reach Galata. If you arrive in Istanbul by car - there's a paid parking nearby that can be used for 15 EUR/24h. We also enjoyed a lot our visit to Sencer's Pizzarotti restaurant, where we had the pleasure to taste his local pizza inventions and have a conversation.

The place is spacious, close to the bus stop, safe area, 2 balconies, near grocery stores and bakeries, hosts are responsible and friendly, helped order a taxi.

Cozy place at a very convenient location. Highly recommend.

Everything was just like the pictures. Honestly, we had a lot of fun with the accommodation. Before moving in, the owner cooperated with us and responded quickly to any questions we had.

Beautiful house. Really nicely done for comfort and quality. Really welcoming and very helpful host. The lounge is a little cosy for more than three people, but we (four) made it work well enough and there's plenty of space otherwise. Some lovely shops just down the road, very easy to pop out to buy breakfast etc. Just a few minutes walk from Tram 5, which goes to the Spice market. Very firm beds which we liked, lots of little extra touches, such as slippers, exfoliating pads, napkins, bottled water. Made it feel quite lux! Loved it - would definitely go back!

A great host, very communicative and helpful. The apartment is in a good location, but it's very local. We enjoyed it, but it's not for everyone. The apartment itself matched the description but needs a bit of TLC. The design is a little strange with each room being a self contained unit with its own fridge and sink, and some of the areas are a little worn. Overall a great experience.

Great place and really good customer service

We stayed in this place for six days and we had a great time. The house is in an excellent location specially for younger people. The house is as great as it is presented in the pictures and has all the utilities as described.

The location is super suitable for activities of all kinds (Bim to the center, harbor right nearby). The place with the view is unique and the landlord is very friendly and quick to respond to questions!

Fethi's place is perfect! The neighbourhood is nice and quiet, a lot of shops are very close. The flat is spacious, clean and cosy, it is as described. I liked the huge bed a lot) There were everything we needed, including a great number of clean towels. The flat is well-equipped, with good kitchen and bathroom. Fithi is a great host, very helpful and relyable. He helped with transfer, provided a lot of tips, and even get a crib for our toddler without me asking! I recommend Fethi's place, and I would like to come back one day)

Benny is very friendly, helpful and very responsive to messages. He welcomed us personally and gave us very good tips. The apartment is perfectly located for visiting Istanbul. Although very close to a main road, it is quiet. The bus stop is very close, so we were able to get everywhere very well by public transport. The area is still rather simple, the apartment makes a very positive impression here. The apartment can be reached via a somewhat narrow staircase and is located on two floors. Downstairs are two bedrooms and a toilet, upstairs is a nice living room with balcony, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. We felt very comfortable and safe and would love to come back.

One of the highlights was the lush garden—perfect for morning coffee or just relaxing in a peaceful, green setting. The balcony upstairs offered lovely views and added a great touch of privacy. The location is very secluded and quiet, ideal for anyone looking to unwind, but also felt incredibly safe and secure throughout my stay. It truly felt like a little hidden oasis.
