Everything was very nice. Great location in the center of the city. Suitable for families. Would recommend to anyone.

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

It was truly impressive to book an apartment with Mohsum. Despite a conflict in the booking, his exceptional handling and flexibility were greatly appreciated. The altrnative given apartment or villa to me was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and situated in a peaceful area with a perfect location. Staying at Ahmet’s house was truly special. The location is perfect — peaceful and quiet, yet so close to everything you could want. It’s just a short, scenic walk down to the seaside, where you can catch a ferry to Bebek and soak in one of the city’s most charming neighborhoods. There’s a supermarket nearby for all your essentials, and the views from the house are absolutely breathtaking — especially at sunset. Don’t miss it; it’s pure magic. Conveniently, there’s also a bus stop right outside the gate that takes you directly to Üsküdar, from where you can easily catch a ferry or metro to Hagia Sophia and all the iconic landmarks. If you’re up for a more scenic and budget-friendly experience, I highly recommend taking the ferry from Küçüksu to Aşiyan, and then to Üsküdar. It’s a beautiful way to see the city from the water without spending much at all. Ahmet’s place offers calm, beauty, and easy access to everything —Highly recommended.

Accommodation with great views, as shown in the pictures. During the day, the apartment is very bright and friendly, at night a little less light. Otherwise, superbly equipped. Perfect location for any activities, lots of restaurants and bars nearby.

Nice location of the house. Very close to Istiklal Street. Only roads are a little hilly. The house is a beautiful, old building. But it's loud because it's right next to the school. May not be good for those who prefer to sleep in the morning. Overall, it was clean, but there was an occasional strong smell of cigarettes in the room. It was a tastefully furnished, small but useful house. Thank you

We had a pleasant stay at this aparthotel. I liked the room service, I didn't have to worry about a lot of details. The advantage of this accommodation is its immediate proximity to the Omer Hayyam bus stop which is one stop near that of Taksim. The people at the reception are super helpful and friendly.

Mr. Laith was very helpful, easy to reach and quick to respond. The apartment is nice, the building is safe and has a coffee place. Overall great experience:)
