We were very satisfied with the service in the house. Except for the cleanliness, everything else was fine. The balcony was unusable without slippers. Very dirty unfortunately. Unfortunately, wearing white socks was not possible in the apartment. Otherwise, the stay there was very good. We would book it again only with the condition that the apartment is also thoroughly clean when viewed on site. Thanks

mr. kahraman was one of the nicest people we've met in Istanbul. kind, helpful, and always ready to assist. anytime we had even the smallest issue, he responded quickly and made sure everything was taken care of. We had no problems with parking either. this was our first truly hassle-free stay in Istanbul

A great host, very communicative and helpful. The apartment is in a good location, but it's very local. We enjoyed it, but it's not for everyone. The apartment itself matched the description but needs a bit of TLC. The design is a little strange with each room being a self contained unit with its own fridge and sink, and some of the areas are a little worn. Overall a great experience.

Selim was very friendly and responded within a reasonable amount of time. The location was as described having many activities to do within walking distance. He recommended some great restaurants with local dishes and desserts to try that were good.

Great place and really good customer service

The apartment is beautiful and the location is great, right to Galata Tower, surrounded by restaurants and cafés. Which also means that it's pretty loud at night, I'd recommend bringing ear plugs. Communication with Behic was always quick and practical. Not the cheapest Airbnb, but for the apartment and location worth the money, I'd come back :)

Chris is a great host, the house is very nice and good with the clean declaration. We did not have a shortage of parking. It was easy to get to our destinations by sea and tram. The kids were very happy as well. We had more than the comforts of a hotel. Chris is really a professional. Don't hesitate at all if you're staying, Chris is a great host.

We had a wonderful holiday in a unique manifold and for us (not for everyone...if you are a respectful and experienced traveller we recommend it) beautiful neighbourhood. The Old Saffron House was a blast: outside there was so much to do and see and in the evening we were happy to rest in such a beautifully renewed ottoman oasis. These apartments are perfect for a stay in Istanbul! They're beautifully furnished & equip with a full kitchen and air condition (so everything you need for a great stay!) The place was super clean and comfortable and within walking distance from tons of adorable cafes, the main road to catch a cab or the bus stop that will take you nearly anywhere in the city you'd want to go. I cannot recommend staying here enough & will be sure to check these apartments first if I return to Istanbul!
