Great stay - flat is right on the heart of Istanbul and was exactly as described. View was stunning and definitely the highlight. Apartment was very well equipped and host was extremely responsive.

Staying at Erkan's was an experience. The reception was warm, including a full fridge with drinks. The apartment with the terrace overlooking the Bosphorus is simply breathtaking. The apartment itself was nicely furnished, very clean and spacious! The location was perfect and was walking distance to all attractions. Erkan always took care of us and was always easily and quickly accessible. I can highly recommend the apartment and will definitely take this apartment again on my next visit.

Woul always choose this place to stay for a visit to Istanbul. You feel like a local living in this charming neighborhood. Great view and cozy appartment. Hamza is always there for you in case you need help.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about the place, the location and the host! She was very friendly and very accommodating to our check in and out times. The location is great, less than a 5 minute walk to Galata tower. Thank you for such a great stay!

It’s funny because at first I hesitated paying that much for an apartment, but in hindsight I think Yusuf can charge double for this space. It’s in PLAIN SIGHT of a historical monument, the photos DO NOT do it justice. Yusuf checked in every day to make sure my stay was going well, the apartment has everything you need, otherwise there’s a mini market directly across the road. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate one bit, it’s gorgeous & Yusuf is a top tier host

Amazing place to stay in Istanbul. Although it is very close to the busy part of Galata it is very peaceful and quiet. Lovely terrace too.

We had a nice time in the apartment. The neighborhood is off the beaten tourist path but definitely worth a visit. The apartment is completely sufficient for two people, has a small breakfast balcony and has a modern bathroom. Only the kitchen equipment is very sporadic, but this is not bad due to the many cheap restaurants in the neighborhood.

It was a great experience for me and my fiance, definitely worth it. The host was kind and understanding, even when I checked out and forgot my suit, they immediately called me and let me know about it.

This apartment is in a wonderful location in the heart of the vibrant Beyoğlu neighbourhood but high above street level it is away from the hustle and bustle with superb panoramic views. The apartment had everything we needed and is near restaurants, public transport, small supermarkets and is walking distance from many attractions. There isn’t a lift though, and you need to carry luggage etc up 5 levels to reach it. We enjoyed the experience!

Such an amazing stay at Sebiha’s place! The view of the Bosphorous ( though restricted) is spectacular! the full length glass adds to the charm . The sofa and the bed both very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with all cooking essentials - in fact we cooked our breakfast everyday & enjoyed dining with the amazing view. But the best thing about the apartment is its location - very well positioned. It’s so close to Galata tower, Taksim street, metro station. Just a few steps up, you reach the supermarket & just a few steps down, you reach the bus stop ! Very convenient for travel . Highly recommended place for long time stays also.

We loved our stay at this apartment. Balat was a perfect neighborhood to make as base during our stay in Istanbul. Tons of great restaurants in the area and it was easy to access other parts of the city via bus and tram. Pops Balat and Balat Kahvaltı Evi are two great spots for breakfast and coffee just a short block from the apartment. The apartment was cozy and beautiful and exactly as described and shown in photos (I particularly liked the historical character of the place). Another review noted that kids play outside fairly late, which I noticed as well. Not an issue for me, even as a light-ish sleeper!

Nice Airbnb, in a very nice part of beyoglu! Close to the entertainment area but no nuisance from it. Also within walking distance of Galata and Sultanahmet. The apartment is nicely furnished and equipped with every comfort. Once in the jacuzzi after a busy day in the city. It smelled a little damp when entering but then no longer bothered me. Would definitely come back here!

Diyar’s place hit all the boxes:: the building is an over hundred year old property renovated with thoughtfully and culturally designed elements. We were given the entire place of 5 bedrooms to ourselves for a group of 6 people. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious rooms. Enough provisions of towels & tissues. Situated in a local neighbourhood gives an authentic stay feel. Supermarket and a food joint is right below the building. Some points to note are, no metro station is close by. Some leakage issues in some bathrooms.

recently stayed at this apartment in Istanbul for two and a half weeks, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The location is fantastic, conveniently situated to explore the city and its attractions. What truly set this stay apart were the hosts. They were incredibly helpful and attentive. Whenever I had questions or needed assistance, they responded immediately, ensuring that I had a smooth and enjoyable stay. Additionally, they even arranged my airport transfer at a very reasonable price, which made my travel plans hassle-free. I can't recommend staying here enough, and I look forward to booking this apartment again when I visit Istanbul next year. It's a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in this vibrant city.

all in all it was quite okay, only the location was very noisy and unfavorable to public transport so that every time a short distance to the bus station had to be made by taxi. the window could hardly be opened because it was really very noisy outside alone the air conditioning of the house. the stove could not be used because it was broken so that every time food had to be ordered or also taken along The dryer was extremely linty and was not clean. There was still old laundry in the washing machine and it smelled, so these two devices could not be used, but were actually very important to us and the decisive factor that we did not book a hotel room but an apartment. There is nothing to do in the area, there were no options except a restaurant which did not appeal to us.

The house was very nice in terms of location, exactly the same as seen in the photos, the house was very clean, communication with the host was very easy, he helped with everything. I'd like to rent this house again, thank you so much for everything.

I loved this place a lot! The owner was always super friendly and nice, trying to help me with all the little issues that we had. But everything else was just amazing. The building is pretty old, so you might get some WiFi issues sometimes, but it’s super easy fixable, he will explain what you gotta do, just reach out to him. Thank you for having us! I will definitely get back there next time when I’m in Istanbul!
