Great stay - flat is right on the heart of Istanbul and was exactly as described. View was stunning and definitely the highlight. Apartment was very well equipped and host was extremely responsive.

Der Aufenthalt bei Erkan war ein Erlebnis. Der Empfang war herzlich inkl. vollem Kühlschrank mit Getränken. Die Wohnung mit der Terrasse mit Sicht auf den Bosporus ist einfach atembraubend. Die Wohnung selber war schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und geräumig! Die Lage war perfekt und war Gehdistanz zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Erkan hat sich stets um uns gesorgt und war immer gut und schnell erreichbar. Ich kann die Wohnung mehr als empfehlen und werde bei meinem nächsten Besuch auf jeden Fall nochmal diese Wohnung nehmen.

Woul always choose this place to stay for a visit to Istanbul. You feel like a local living in this charming neighborhood. Great view and cozy appartment. Hamza is always there for you in case you need help.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about the place, the location and the host! She was very friendly and very accommodating to our check in and out times. The location is great, less than a 5 minute walk to Galata tower. Thank you for such a great stay!

Evin konumu çok güzel. Her yere ulaşım oldukça kolaydı. Güvenlik ve otopark konusunda hiç problem yaşamadım. Ayrıca evin çok güzel bir manzarası var.

It’s funny because at first I hesitated paying that much for an apartment, but in hindsight I think Yusuf can charge double for this space. It’s in PLAIN SIGHT of a historical monument, the photos DO NOT do it justice. Yusuf checked in every day to make sure my stay was going well, the apartment has everything you need, otherwise there’s a mini market directly across the road. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate one bit, it’s gorgeous & Yusuf is a top tier host

Amazing place to stay in Istanbul. Although it is very close to the busy part of Galata it is very peaceful and quiet. Lovely terrace too.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Wohnung. Das Viertel ist abseits der üblichen Touristengegenden aber auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert. Die Wohnung reicht für zwei Personen komplett aus, verfügt über einen kleinen Frühstücksbalkon und hat ein modernes Bad. Einzig die Küchenausstattung ist sehr sporadisch, was aber aufgrund der vielen günstigen Restaurants im Viertel nicht weiter schlimm ist.

Très beau logement situer dans un quartier populaire très accueillant et bienveillant. Le logement dispose de tout ce dont a besoin. Un supermarché et une pharmacie se trouve à proximité, des bus et le tramway se situe également à proximité. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le rapport qualité-prix en vaut la peine. N’hésite pas à rajouter quelques matériel pour que nous puissions nous même entretenir la maison durant le séjour. Merci de votre accueille !

It was a great experience for me and my fiance, definitely worth it. The host was kind and understanding, even when I checked out and forgot my suit, they immediately called me and let me know about it.

This apartment is in a wonderful location in the heart of the vibrant Beyoğlu neighbourhood but high above street level it is away from the hustle and bustle with superb panoramic views. The apartment had everything we needed and is near restaurants, public transport, small supermarkets and is walking distance from many attractions. There isn’t a lift though, and you need to carry luggage etc up 5 levels to reach it. We enjoyed the experience!

Such an amazing stay at Sebiha’s place! The view of the Bosphorous ( though restricted) is spectacular! the full length glass adds to the charm . The sofa and the bed both very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with all cooking essentials - in fact we cooked our breakfast everyday & enjoyed dining with the amazing view. But the best thing about the apartment is its location - very well positioned. It’s so close to Galata tower, Taksim street, metro station. Just a few steps up, you reach the supermarket & just a few steps down, you reach the bus stop ! Very convenient for travel . Highly recommended place for long time stays also.

We loved our stay at this apartment. Balat was a perfect neighborhood to make as base during our stay in Istanbul. Tons of great restaurants in the area and it was easy to access other parts of the city via bus and tram. Pops Balat and Balat Kahvaltı Evi are two great spots for breakfast and coffee just a short block from the apartment. The apartment was cozy and beautiful and exactly as described and shown in photos (I particularly liked the historical character of the place). Another review noted that kids play outside fairly late, which I noticed as well. Not an issue for me, even as a light-ish sleeper!

Leuke Airbnb, in een heel leuk stukje van beyoglu! Dicht bij het uitgaans gebied maar geen overlast van. Ook op loopafstand van galata en Sultanahmet. Het appartement is leuk ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Een keer lekker in de jacuzzi geweest na een drukke dag in de stad. Het rook een beetje vochtig bij binnenkomst maar daarna geen last meer van gehad. Zou hier zeker nog eens terug komen!

Diyar’s place hit all the boxes:: the building is an over hundred year old property renovated with thoughtfully and culturally designed elements. We were given the entire place of 5 bedrooms to ourselves for a group of 6 people. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious rooms. Enough provisions of towels & tissues. Situated in a local neighbourhood gives an authentic stay feel. Supermarket and a food joint is right below the building. Some points to note are, no metro station is close by. Some leakage issues in some bathrooms.

The location is fantastic, conveniently situated to explore the city and its attractions. What truly set this stay apart were the hosts. They were incredibly helpful and attentive. Whenever I had questions or needed assistance, they responded immediately, ensuring that I had a smooth and enjoyable stay. Additionally, they even arranged my airport transfer at a very reasonable price, which made my travel plans hassle-free. I can't recommend staying here enough, and I look forward to booking this apartment again when I visit Istanbul next year. It's a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in this vibrant city.

alles in einem war es ganz okay, nur die Lage war sehr laut und ungünstig zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln so dass jedes Mal eine Kurzstrecke zum Busbahnhof mit dem Taxi gemacht werden musste. das Fenster konnte man kaum öffnen da es wirklich sehr laut war draußen allein schon die Klimaanlage des Hauses. die Herdplatte konnte nicht genutzt werden da sie zersprungen war so dass jedes Mal Essen bestellt werden musste oder auch mitgenommen werden musste. der Trockner hat extrem gefusselt und war nicht sauber. in der Waschmaschine war noch alte Wäsche und hat gemieft, so dass auch diese beiden Geräte nicht genutzt werden konnten uns aber eigentlich sehr wichtig war und ausschlaggebend dafür dass wir kein Hotelzimmer gebucht haben sondern eine Wohnung. in der Umgebung kann man nichts unternehmen es gab keine Möglichkeiten außer ein Restaurant welches uns nicht angesprochen hat.

Ev konum olarak çok güzeldi, fotoğraflarda görüldüğü ile birebir aynı, ev çok temizdi, ev sahibi ile iletişim çok kolaydı, her konuda yardımcı oldu. Tekrar bu evi tutmak isterim, herşey için çok teşekkür ederim.

I loved this place a lot! The owner was always super friendly and nice, trying to help me with all the little issues that we had. But everything else was just amazing. The building is pretty old, so you might get some WiFi issues sometimes, but it’s super easy fixable, he will explain what you gotta do, just reach out to him. Thank you for having us! I will definitely get back there next time when I’m in Istanbul!
