Zum Siemens-Campus oder Campus Uni -Süd sind es 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto - ebenfalls zu allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein Bäcker ist um 2 Ecken. Fürth/ Nürnberg sind mit der S-Bahn in max. 30 Minuten erreichbar. Bamberg in 55 Minuten.

However, the double sofa bed is in the lower living area. Garden area with fireplace, outdoor sauna. Fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove. Spices are available, but you have to bring your own coffee. In summer, the service water is heated via the solar system. It may take some time for the heating to start when it is cloudy.
