Beautiful house with all the necessary equipment. There's absolutely nothing missing. A warm welcome from Manuel, his Dad, who lives right next door. He was very generous and kind. We really enjoyed the exchange we had with him. We would have put in double the points if we could. If we come to the area again, we won't hesitate to come back.

Each space is designed for comfort and harmony, making it the perfect place for a relaxing stop. We greatly appreciated the elegance and cleanliness of the place, as well as the small personal touches that made our stay even more enjoyable.

We initially booked 10 nights at Raul house, but upon arrival, there was unexpected heavy construction noise from nearby which went on all day. Although this was completely out of Raul’s control, he was very apologetic and did his up most best to make the situation better and immediately moved us to another of his properties. While the second house was great, it didn’t quite meet our needs as we had hoped for a private pool and panoramic views like the original booking. Though we only stayed two nights, (one night at each house) we were very impressed with how Rau handled the situation. His communication was excellent, and he was fair and accommodating when we decided to move elsewhere. The original house was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean with stunning Mediterranean views, we were very disappointed not to stay. Despite things not working out for us, I would definitely recommend Raul and his properties. He's an excellent host!

Lovely weeks stay, really enjoyed being surrounded by the orange trees and two buildings worked really well for us with a beautiful patio in between where we had all of our meals! Very tidy and nice bedding etc, generally great facilities with some useful herbs/spices etc, only downside which we didn’t expect if you can hear the traffic from the road unfortunately but overall still peaceful and pool good for cooling down!

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

Both my partner and I had a great stay in the apartment. The size is perfect for two people and the hosts are very attentive and respond very quickly. The only thing is that it's a little far from the beach. We had a great vacation and everything in the apartment was great and they were adapted for long stays.

We had a wonderful stay. The villa is very well equipped and an absolute feel-good oasis. Mike is very accommodating and a really good host. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation. At the reception, two delicious wines were waiting for us, which pleased us very much.

Everything went great. Javier is a great host. As for the location, it's perfect if you want to be quiet on the outskirts of the big city and very close at the same time. There are options for running and cycling routes. And it's great to end the day in the pool.

I stayed in this apartment for two nights and the experience was very good. Communication with the host was easy and smooth, which made the whole process much easier. The location is excellent, especially if you go to the Perelló Tomato Fair, as it is very close to the venue. Ideal for a short and practical stay. I would recommend it!

Ana’s place is the perfect getaway for an oasis. Only 30 minutes from Valencia and you come home to absolute paradise! I really appreciated her addressing all my needs and she reacting quickly if anything had arose. I really recommend Ana’s place and I cannot wait to come back!!! Don’t think twice; book her apt!!

A wonderful apartment in a fabulous location... everything we needed for a week long holiday, beach gear, plenty of towels, kitchen condiments, toiletries and spa slippers..we also were able to secure a late check out which proved a real bonus on our last day in beautiful El Perello...we would 100% recommend and hopefully come back soon. 5 stars all round...thank you host

Super efficient communication, early check-in and late check-out available, everything was very clear, clean and proactive! Perfect sea view, small cafe downstairs but otherwise you need a car to get around and shop

The apartment is larger than it looks in the photos. It has a huge corridor, we were very comfortable and it is a stone's throw from the beach. You have two stores, one on each side of the entrance, a food store and a bazaar. Will and Olga are super attentive, a great stay 😊

I had a wonderful stay at this house near the beach! The location is perfect—very quiet and peaceful, offering a spectacular view of both sunrise over the Mediterranean sea and a beautiful and stunning sunset view over Albufeira lake. The amenities are fantastic, with a swimming pool and a tennis court adding to the experience. While my visit was during winter, making it a bit chilly to enjoy the outdoor spaces fully, the overall ambiance and comfort of the house made up for it. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway and best for family. The house is equipped with all necessary items especially for babies which make it best for my stay. Highly recommending this place.

We really enjoyed our stay at Reyes appartement. It is super clean, the bed is comfortable and Reyes is very sweet and helpful. If you come by car, you must be informed, that the parking space is very small though. Can highly recommend to stay at Reyes and hope we can come back sometime.

Harald’s place, right in the heart of Ruzafa, is such a perfect location from which to venture out and see Valencia. Most things are only a :20 walk, including the old city, the Grand Market, La Lonja, the Micalet, and even the Calatrava Palace of Arts & Science. But Ruzafa is also buzzing with nightlife, great restaurants, and culture. And, there’s an awesome market - Mercado De Ruzafa - about a one minute walk up the road. We stayed here for a week while chaperoning our son who was at a local camp. My husband and I ventured out most days and then he worked remotely during the evenings. We couldn’t have found a more perfect, comfortable, safe, fun, and all-around fantastic place than Harald’s. (@Harald - Thank you for letting us stay at your place and for answering some of our more unusual questions about what life is like living in Valencia! Your place is great, comfortable, and we love your design aesthetic!!)

Juan is particularly welcoming, friendly and caring. The apartment is perfect: quiet, with a great unobstructed view, close to a huge park, very well-equipped and very clean. The bedding is extremely comfortable. Everything was perfect, down to the smallest details: coffee, drinks, milk, cakes, shower gel, shampoo, medicine cabinet, etc. I can only warmly recommend Juan and I will rent his apartment again without hesitation. Thank you so much, everything was great.

We were delighted with the place, the beach a few minutes away on foot and we were able to use the pool as well. The apartment is very well equipped, spacious and clean. Everything is excellent 😃

Casa Desiré was perfect for our stay. Centrally located, we could walk to anything in the city or easily get an Uber or Taxi to travel to see our son’s soccer games outside the city. There is so much to walk and see from this location. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed spending time on the terrace every evening, watching people below and listening to the music from the street performers as they performed in the plaza. The terrace was perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine or beer after walking the city. It is close to grocery stores, shops and restaurants. Communication with the host was wonderful. Desiré recommended some great local pubs for watching soccer matches. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well during our stay. There is street noise from below, as it is located in the city center, but the noise was never an issue for us. The Central Market was so close, and had great local food. For us, this is definitely a 5 star accommodation!

The apartment and its hosts are great. You feel at home, and in a Valencian home. You can get from here to both the beach and the old town. Highly recommended!

From arrival to departure, our stay with Pilar was excellent. We were warmly welcomed by her and received helpful tips and recommendations for our short vacation in beautiful Valencia. The apartment was sparkling clean and we immediately felt at home. On foot you can get everywhere in a short time, it is also very easy to organize bicycles or taxis to explore the area. I can completely recommend this apartment. From its new build to the efforts the owners put in on the small details to ensure you walked into a perfectly presented place to spend valuable vacation time. They took time out to welcome us and were considerate and responsive when questions asked. Beach access and walkable restaurants is within easy access . I noted the neatness and care and attention taken in the arrangement of the facilities. Also the welcome bowl of fruit, water in fridge and coffee/biscuits that were left for us. For those who want to mix restaurant eating and self catering, there is a supermarket in walking distance to stock up if needed . Would be happy to return to same place when visiting Valencia again in the future
