Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and central accommodation. Central apartment with two large terraces. Ideal to enjoy the beach due to its good location (about 4 minutes walk). Ice cream parlors, restaurants and bus stop, all very close. Baby accessories. It is rented for long stays at affordable prices (I have put great discounts for the different months of the year). Good internet service, has a dishwasher.

Nicolas was a great host. He agreed to a late check in and even come to meet us at the airport. The place is very clean and he is eager to help and easy to communicate with. The bus station is literally in the front of the building and the metro is at 5 minutes walk. We would definitely come back.

Very comfortable apartment for 8 people. If 2 people want to sleep on the couch, 10 could also stay there for a short time. 2 toilets and bathroom. Barbecue and washing machine available. In addition, the excellent location: sea view, but it is less than 5 minutes from the apartment door to the sea, and only because the beach is so big. The 12th floor allows a fantastic view, we mostly walked the stairs, was no problem. Gandi: Perfectly maintained beach, restaurants everywhere with reasonable prices, the old town is also beautiful and public transport is sufficient (car is still recommended for longer distances).

The apartment was super clean. If I could, I would give 6 points. :-) Communication and check-in worked smoothly. The bed was super comfortable. Even after 4 weeks of stay, I had no problems. Magnificent views of the sea and beach. Ocean sounds all day. Just wonderful. By car, you can reach Valencia within 40 minutes. Everything perfect, I'll be back. :-)

We had an exceptional stay at this property. We came to enjoy the roads for beautiful bike rides. The place is quiet, peaceful and perfectly suited for resting after long outings. The accommodation is very well equipped, comfortable and located in an ideal setting for cyclists, with great roads and little traffic. The host was extremely responsive and very friendly, always available to answer our questions and make sure everything goes smoothly. The views are beautiful. A pleasure each morning. If you are looking for a relaxing place and perfect for cycling, this is a must-see. Thank you Ana.

Getaway on a spacious and comfortable sailboat

The stay went very well, the accommodation on the sailboat is accessible in 5 minutes to the beach and store, the interior is very well arranged and tastefully decorated but what was not very practical was getting on and off the boat with luggage. We thank Jérémie for his kindness and availability.

The large apartment is in a fantastic location for the beach, restaurants and local shops. These amenities are all within a few minutes walk. The apartment is large and spacious and very well equipped whether you’re staying for a few days or a longer period of time. It has a large terrace so you can enjoy the outdoor lifestyle Spain offers. From the beginning of the booking until our departure Angela has been very helpful and quick in replying to us. Giving us clear instructions on how to find the accommodation as well as recommendations on local restaurants. We would have no problems in recommending Angela’s apartment as somewhere to book if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Oliva. We will definitely be back.

The apartment is well located - 2min walk to Playa el Arenal beach and the promenade / boardwalk with all the restaurants you would ever want! Grocery nearby. Private parking was great and there is also AC in the apartment. The balcony has a nice view too. Great location, very communicative host, and super helpful wanting to make sure I had a great visit to Javea. Would stay here again!
