Lucie was very hospitable and responded quickly. Super clean big and nice accommodation. The location is perfect with great restaurants and taverns around.

Nicolas was a great host. He agreed to a late check in and even come to meet us at the airport. The place is very clean and he is eager to help and easy to communicate with. The bus station is literally in the front of the building and the metro is at 5 minutes walk. We would definitely come back.

A very comfortable apartment and convenient for the tram station and supermarket. Everything went smoothly and Rebeca was always helpful and friendly.

The location was very walkable. When we needed a taxi, we could grab one at the end of the street. The grocery store was very close. There were plenty of things to do in the area. Valencia is a beautiful city.

The house is located in the Paterna area of Valencia, a quiet and not central area but this does not affect the comfort; it is a complete renovation of an old mill. The apartment is perfect for those with a car because being outside the center there are no parking or traffic problems and it is about 15 minutes away. For those who, like us, moved on foot, the metro is 400 meters away and is direct from different points of the center. The house is wonderful; a spacious and modern open space. The beds are very comfortable and the sheets are very clean; the house in general is very clean and well maintained. Despite the large spaces and heights, it warms up well and is really comfortable. I met Ivan at check-out, very nice, who kindly showed me all the features of the property. It is also building the swimming pool, a real treat that completes the beauty of this particular place. I thank Ivan for his kindness and recommend this property to everyone.

Excellent communication from start to finish and Karen allowed us to enter slightly earlier as we were already in the area. The apartment is cosy and very well equipped with a lovely balcony and chairs overlooking the gardens and pool. A car or taxi would be beneficial to get to shops and restaurants. Perhaps the couches could be reviewed for comfort but otherwise we had a lovely stay.

We felt welcome in the accommodation, you can get around by metro very easily anywhere in Valencia. The hostess is very kind and understanding.

Everything was wonderful. Paula was very helpful and accommodating. Location 1-2 minutes' walk from the beach. Apartment as advertised, everything tip top. Garage with table tennis was a good change and a lot of fun 👍🏼

An excellent stay! The apartment in El Vergel exceeded our expectations: clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped for family travel. We went with our dog and a baby, and everything was designed to make us feel right at home. The area is peaceful, ideal for resting, and very close to the beach. The host was very attentive and kind at all times, always willing to help. We definitely recommend it and hope to be back soon.

located in the center of the city , you have everything at hand. the parking is not easy but giving a couple of turns you park.

We had an amazing time at Alexandra's home! Communication was very smooth and extremely friendly, which is always very pleasant if you have any questions. The house has been completely renovated, and very nicely decorated. The location is ideal, within walking distance of metro and bus station to get into the city and within walking distance of the harbor/beach. It was wonderful to stay on the roof terrace, with beautiful southern plants. We stayed there during the "santa semana", and were able to experience these unique processions from very close in the streets of the neighborhood. Valencia stole our heart, if we come back with our group, we will definitely stay in Alexandra's house again.

Everything was fine. The owners were very friendly, they were waiting for us to arrive despite the fact that we got lost (the direction and Google Maps were not well understood), and very helpful at all times. 5 minutes if you arrive from the beach. Highly recommended

Great stay, lovely place and easy to get into town. Lots of outdoor space. Easy parking. Would advise bringing your own beach/pool towels as only 2 towels provided. Thanks so much for a great trip!

We had a wonderful stay here. The place is spacious, the two bathrooms are a bonus and the patio space is incredible. It’s located on a nice quiet side street, but we were able to find parking just one block away. We enjoyed being able to walk to Turia park and lots of great cafes and restaurants. If you have kids there are several play parks within walking distance. We would book again without hesitation.

Pablo’s home is like staying in a real, rustic Spanish home- comfortable, welcoming and cosy. If you want uber modern it is not for you but if you want to feel part of the community, sleep well, be near the sea and the Arenal and the Port and the Old Town it is perfect. What you see on the photos and read in the description is what you get. Pablo is a very attentive host who answers quickly and cares that your stay is comfortable. We will be going back. The apartment is as seen in the photos, everything is clean and with everything you need to spend a few pleasant days. Susana is always attentive, quick communication and very flexible with check-in and check-out times, a totally recommended place.

I don't have words to define the experience, it's been amazing. Iris is a 10 host, we love her!. The urbanization and the house is dreamy, it has a special energy. As for the equipment it is a pass, it is not missing detail... I don't know, from a hairdryer for curly hair to a beach umbrella!. The pristine urbanization, quiet residents, supermarkets a stone's throw away which is super comfortable (we were on foot, 6 minutes) and Diana Street a 10-minute walk, in 15-20 minutes you are in Marqués de Campo and the Puerto. The pool is crazy, sunsets and amazing sunsets because it's at the foot of the Montgó so it's very nice and there's always a super nice breeze, just like the temperature. We are already looking forward to coming back, it stays as our favorite getaway spot. It's a magical place ✨

I had a longer stay at Dan’s apartment and everything was just as described. What stood out most was the beautiful sunset view in the evenings—over the hills and the surrounding landscape. It often reminded me of Tuscany. A peaceful and memorable experience.

We had an excellent stay at Elena and Wilfort’s place. It is a perfect quiet location only 20 minutes ride from Valencia. The beach is 3 minutes walk and perfect for long walks. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. It offers a beautiful sea view as well. The building is very quiet and clean. The hosts were very kind and friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend it and would love to stay there again !

It is a house in the village, tastefully decorated and with all the amenities. Having a barbecue with everything you need ready is a nice touch. The village is very quiet, perfect to disconnect for a few days and do routes around

We had a great time at Pablo's house, very communicative, always attentive to every detail. The location is great, as you are a 5-minute walk from a fantastic beach, with hardly any people and with sailing activities, a very quiet area, supermarkets and restaurants nearby, the Mistral bar on the way to the beach opens around 7, good coffee and nice people. If you want to go to Gandia, Dénia, Jávea, etc. it's a short drive. I recommend Pablo's house, especially if you are looking for tranquility, disconnection, beach and restaurants, a 10.
