Vacation rentals with a patio in El Perellonet

Beatriz is the perfect host , always responsive and very friendly. The place is even better than in the photos. With its perfect location i think is one of the best places that you can find in Valencia. Recommend for sure !

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is exactly as pictured, gorgeous! The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning robust, and the shower water pressure strong. The hosts left the largest basket of snacks and coffee pods I’ve seen at an Airbnb. The property is centrally located. It seemed like everywhere we wanted to go was only an 11 minute walk away. There were charming restaurants near by with great food. Communications with the hosts were convenient and timely. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Valencia.

Квартира очень удобная, невероятно красивый вид с террасы. Во всех комнатах очень просторно и уютно. Кухня студия светлая и стильна. Матрасы были удобными, никаких неприятных запахов или чего-то подобного. В кухне было все необходимое. И очень вкусный и ароматный кофе. Нас также угостили вином, это было очень приятно. Они создали онлайн как талон с интересными местами, пляжами, что также было очень удобно. С удовольствием вернусь, когда будет такая возможность.

Zeer mooi en prettig verblijf. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Heel goed bereikbaar met de metro. Ik zou dit verblijf absoluut aanraden!

le logement est très bien situé, proche du centre. Le logement est spatieux et propre. Carlos (le propriétaire) a été très professionnelle, il a été disponible, nous a donne des bons conseils ( restaurant, lieux de sorties) durant notre séjour a Valence.

Hyvin varusteltu, ilmastoitu asunto kauniilla paikalla. Oma uima-allas ja sijainti rannan lähellä oli loistava.

I had a really early flight so needed a place to stay close to the airport for one night. Francisco was a very great host. He responds really fast and is ready to help you if you have questions. The place is just as depicted. I would recommend it to others!

Ha sido Ena experiencia increíble, la zona muy tranquila y segura, la propiedad cuenta con todo lo que puedas necesitar solo tienes que llevar comida, es inmensa ideal para ir con los niños, nuestro viaje de amigos contó con el lugar que necesitábamos para relajarnos, desconectar, compartir y descansar. La barbacoa está ubicada estratégicamente y muy cómoda para usarla. Sin duda alguna no 5 sino 10 estrellas. Seguro que volveremos

Hemos estado 4 días instalados en la casa, muy cómodos, repetiríamos sin duda. Alojamiento tranquilo y con todas las comodidades. Si tuviera que poner alguna pega es que los colchones de las camas individuales eran muy duros, no funcionaban los chorros del jacuzzi y pese a bajar las rendijas de los ventanales y cerrar las cortinas de las habitaciones, sigue entrando mucha luz y cuesta dormir. Esto no cambia lo bien que estuvimos, por eso damos 5⭐️.

Great place in a up and coming neighborhood. My baby girls enjoyed their stay and Adriana's instructions were clear as water. I would definitely recommend the place to someone who has children.

Heerlijke woning in rustige buurt. Lekker zwembad dat ook in April prima te gebruiken is. Luxe ingericht en alles is aanwezig. Echt een mooie woning. Kan ook altijd waarderen als alle kruiden voor koken er zijn ;-) Ashley reageert snel en vriendelijk. Wij waren met 3 kinderen en 2 volwassenen.

If I could give this place six stars, I would, and one extra just for Carmen’s smile alone. Staying at this Airbnb in Valencia felt less like booking a vacation rental and more like being lovingly adopted by the city itself. Let’s start with the location: perfection. You’re basically neighbors with the Mercat Central, which means every morning smells like fresh oranges and baked bread, and you’re steps away from all the magic; tapas bars, historic sights, and enough charming alleyways to get happily lost in at least once a day. Now, the apartment. Gorgeous. Bright, clean, full of character, and clearly designed by someone who loves the city and wants you to fall in love with it too. The kind of space that makes you pause mid-trip and say, “Do we have to go home?” But the real soul of this stay is Carmen. She’s not just a host, she’s a fairy godmother with Google Maps. La casa es fantástica lo hemos pasado genial!

You get what you see on the pictures. Really clean, view to the sea, great kitchen! Its a great place to stay and to de-city for a while. The (beautiful) beach is a 5-10 minute drive and really worth it. Communication is flawless and quick, exactly as it needs to be!

Die Wohnung sehr gut eingerichtet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Nähe waren viele Supermärkte und der wunderschöne Strand ist in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

First off, let me say that Juan goes way beyond in communications and willingness to be there for you. He left us a couple of beers and some Danishes for a welcome and our first breakfast. He came by and said hello, something I had never experienced from a host. The apartment is on the 11th floor and the view of the Mediterranean is spectacular. The apartment has an air unit but we opened the doors at both ends of the place and had a cooling breeze the entire time. The property is walking distance to a large well stocked grocery store as well as many choices in dining experiences. I marked a 4 on "easy to find" only because I do not know Spanish and there are similar looking buildings in the area. This is not Juan's fault. Once you get your bearings, it is really an outstanding location. Beds are comfortable and beach equipment was provided. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely go back if I find myself in the Valencia area again!

We hebben het heerlijk gehad in het appartement, het was van alle gemakken voorzien. Super fijn de stoeltjes en parasol voor het mooie schone strand (recht voor de deur). Leuke uitstapjes genaakt in de omgeving: Gandia en Valencia en veel gewandeld over de boulevard. Het uitzicht op het balkon is prachtig. Conor en Diana reageerden direct als er iets was. Erg vriendelijk! Als we nog een keer naar Cullera gaan, komen we graag terug!

👋 Hello! I booked this apartment for myself and 3 girl friends! Everything was perfect, The garden/ grounds are pristine and the pool was so beautiful. The apartment was great with good quality equipment and bedding etc. A short walk took you to the beautiful marina with so many restaurants. Thanks so much for such a great trip!! El alojamiento de Jana es precioso, cuidado al máximo y decorado con muy buen gusto. La zona es tranquila y con todos los servicios cerca (bares, restaurantes, supermercados,….). Su cercanía con la ciudad de las artes y las ciencias es maravillosa
