Every thing was great .Exactly what we expected we stayed 10 days and the location was perfect. Pub serves great food corner store next corner. Bed warm and mattress great . Close to everything restaurants pubs beach David and Toni Australia 🇦🇺

Such a peaceful and magical place, one of my favourite places to have stayed in ever and the hosts and accommodation were great.

My friends and I had the most incredible time staying in Brighton thanks to this amazing accommodation ❤️ with it being metres away from the sea front we caught some beautiful sunrises and sunsets, enjoyed all the local restaurants and had the best time seeing friends! The home was beautiful, so much space, so many kitchen facilities, beautiful main bathroom, comfy beds and even a surprise terrace ❤️ not a single fault! Thank you Dawn.

Great airbnb. We used the property to film some behind the scenes interviews with our cast members. They really liked the space and had a relaxing stay. Access was straightforward, we were given the code to the key box on the morning of check in. John kindly left us a couple of bottles of bubbly in the fridge which went down well. Thank you.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Candy box for my hen weekend! it's a very unusual townhouse shape based over like 4 floors but every room has its own flare. we used the top bedroom as our main hang out space for 14 of us & were able to sit round the couches/table before going out on the town. On the first night there was some difficultly with the pull out sofa upstairs. The host very kindly after some messages back & forth with no success getting the pillows out came out to help as they lived very close by. Be aware when staying that a few of the beds are in the kitchen living areas so would highly recommend pre planning who goes in what room to ensure older family members get a proper bed rather than the sofa beds. Would definitely stay here again. 10-15 min walk from the train station & short walk to anything we went to that weekend.

Joanna was incredibly helpful from the moment I first enquired about the property. She was very communicative, very friendly and was accommodating throughout. She was able to offer additional support regarding the needs of my elderly parents and the property itself was lovely, clean and very close to the city centre. I highly recommend.

Very quiet house, as described, and very comfortable inside. Parking space was clearly marked. EV charging in local car parks, a very short walk away. Would stay again.

Roz was kind and helpful. She told us of events in the area and provided us with helpful information. The kitchen was stocked with treats and snacks on arrival. We had eight people stay and the house accommodated us all nicely.

Truly one of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed in, everything was so well thought out. The house has everything you and more. The bedrooms are really cute, each having their own theme and super comfy. The host was amazing from day 1, we got a welcome pack that had everything we needed and he was there to greet us with cake and fizz as it was my birthday. I honestly cannot recommend this place enough. I even got a message from everyone one I came with, to say thank you to the host!!

This house had everything to ensure a comfortable stay with an extremely well equipped kitchen, all the essentials provided and a very generous welcome pack. Our teenage grandson loved the TV room and we loved the location , just minutes from the old town shops. The garage was a bonus which thankfully (just!) accommodated our Golf car. Communication with Gilly and Rachel was excellent, check in / out was easy and flexible. If only all Airbnbs could be like this -highly recommended!

Helena’s place is great - a great house with lots of room and good amenities. Steps away from Waitrose and Lewes High Street meant that this was an extremely convenient place to stay for all members of our group. Thank you!

This was a super place, modern, clean, comfortable. Close 12 minute walk to the train. Twice Hourly train service to London. East Grinstead is a charming village with restaurants and shops. The host met us with warm coffee and croissants waiting. We slept better than at home. Clean towels, sheets. Very quite house. Modern kitchen, nice new washrooms. Spacious rooms. Hoping to return.we highly recommend this to others.

Joanne's pretty cottage is comfortable and inviting, being well fitted out and cosy. It's in easy reach of pubs, restaurants and shops, and public transport to/from Brighton is easy. In addition to the amenities listed, there is the added convenience of a downstairs lavatory. Joanne was very helpful, responding promptly to all my enquiries. All in all, an excellent host for a great stay.

Nice cosy home. Basement kitchen and living area was a nice space to retreat to at the end of the day - perfect location for us, easy walk to the north lanes - fantastic Japanese/korean place to eat O’shio a few minutes walk away and couple of pubs at the end of the street. We visited in Feb so was cold and didn’t use the outdoor space - but would have made a nice spot to chill out in when warmer - Mathew was good, quick to respond with info etc - check-in etc all very nice easy. Would stay again next time we back in the uk/brighton!

The house is perfect for a weekend away with friends to catch up for a chilled weekend out of the city. There’s really nice local restaurants and wine bars in st Leonards within a 10 minute walk, and Hastings is a nice beachfront 45 min walk away. I’d recommend this house for anyone looking for a chilled weekend away with friends! One thing to note for anyone looking to hire this place (not a bad thing) - one of our party recently got engaged so we blew up some balloons for a champagne toast one night. We were a very chilled bunch and stayed out of the house most of the time, but the host did try and charge us £150 for the few deflated balloons we accidentally left in the downstairs bathroom. We did a thorough clean and stuck very closely to the rules of this property, but I would not recommend this house if you are wanting to have parties or spend lots of time in the house. I would only recommend if you are using the house as a place to chill together and explore the local area!

My friend and I stayed at Carl’s cottage for 6 weeks during our clinical placement. The cottage was spotless on arrival and had everything we needed for a long stay, from various kitchen equipment, to lots of clean bed sheets and bath towels. When the radiator in the bedroom stopped working, Carl was quick to assess the problem within a day and organise for a plumber to come round to fix it in a very timely manner. The beds are very comfortable and the big shower is lovely too. The cottage is in prime location to the town centre and station, within 20 mins walk, or the nearby Waitrose and local pubs which were a 3min walk away. Even in a good location, the road was very quiet and away from busy traffic and free street parking was never a struggle to find. Overall, we would definitely recommend Carl’s cottage to anyone looking to stay for either a short or long duration- thank you Carl!

This was my first time using Airbnb, and this stay has set a very high standard. I stayed with seven others, and each of us had an extremely comfortable experience. Taryn made everything easy by providing a detailed handbook about the house, the amenities, and the surrounding area, which answered all our questions and encouraged us to explore the beautiful nearby harbour. The house itself is gorgeous, beautifully decorated with abstract paintings and décor that made it feel homely. I would definitely love to stay here again!

The property was very well presented and exactly as per the photos and description. The entry instructions and process was very easy and even included recommendations for restaurants etc. We would recommend this property for a central location to exploring Brighton.

Not only is the environment warm and lovingly filled, it’s spacious and giving with memories, laughter and gleeful spells. Located in a very safe and welcoming neighborhood, that has an enchanting morning light; we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the kids were ridiculously giddy with excitement to explore the toys and books available.
