We had a lovely stay at Simon and Sharon's place. It was a well equipped and bright bungalow and wonderfully situated, right on the beach. We were very lucky with the weather although early October, and had some good walks along the beach to Pevensey Bay. A delightful mini break. Would definitely stay again. Thankyou 🙏🏼

The crab shack is a lovely place to stay, 50 yards from the beach, peaceful and beautifully presented inside. Everything you need, great bathroom, home comforts and a very nice welcome pack, highly recommended.

Pip’s place is a perfect getaway!so cosy inside with stunning views.A really magical little place which my friends and I all said we would come again in a heartbeat.On arrival there was even a chocolate cake left for us!Pip was a great and friendly host.I really couldn’t fault this place and pip in any way.

Steve was a very congenial host, extremely helpful, very pleasant, understanding and when he found out I was a keen tennis player he even offered to introduce me to his local social tennis club! The property backs onto Chatsworth Park which has a whole range of facilities including two children’s parks, open spaces, nature trail and a memorial garden - walking to the park entrance at the top of the road and then walking the inside perimeter is exactly 1 mile. It’s also a lovely stretch walking up through the park to a local Tesco Express! We have really enjoyed our stay of two weeks - felt like a home, very comfortable. Also a very convenient location with a number of beauty spots within a short drive. Parking outside on the road is easy, plenty of spaces except at morning school drop off and 3pm school pick up as the property faces a Junior school - but the congestion only lasts about 10 mins., so it’s easy to avoid once you’re aware of the times! I would certainly stay here again!

The place was wonderful. Felt so clean and cozy. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. Would definitely recommend.

This was hands down one of the best air bnbs I’ve ever stayed in. It was beautiful and the location was perfect. But more than that the hosts were so welcoming, the communications fantastic and they went above and beyond. They put so many lovely touches in with the house and everything was so well thought out. I couldn’t fault anything. The attention to detail was fantastic, couldn’t recommend enough!

Stayed with my family and dog over the Easter holidays and it was absolutely perfect! Stunning location with beautiful views. A clean and modern place that felt spacious. Tash was extremely helpful and responsive, have recommended to my friends!

I wasn't prepared for how lovely the cottage was, the photos just don't do it justice! absolutely gorgeous little place , everything we could have possibly needed for a perfect weekend was provided inside.The heated bedding was heaven! ☺️ and the views are stunning, I'd highly recommend this place and we will be back.

Very well equipped house (the best one we’ve had so far - and we’ve been using AirBnB over the last 10 yrs). Clean, spacious & just 1 min walk to the beach - highly recommended!

We loved our stay! Paula was a fantastic host and kept in regular touch ahead of our check in. She left us a welcome pack of scones and homemade jam and made us feel very welcome on arrival. The house was beautifully presented, very clean and everything was easy to find. Paula provided a cot for our youngest and was very flexible around our check in time. Also went to the effort of posting my little boy’s toy which he left behind. Beds were very comfortable and the peaceful setting was lovely. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family!
