The Studio

The Studio sits on the edge of our Ancient Woodland in the grounds of our house and close to the village of Pett. A former music and art studio the building is now a relaxing retreat for those looking for quiet and nature. Open plan living with wood burning stove and everything you might need, including a grand piano! Luxurious king bedroom with roll top bath and a separate shower room. The village of Pett has two pubs which are walkable and we are close to the unspoiled beach at Pett Level.

Sandbanks

Located down a private drive and situated in a beautiful setting with glorious views, Sandbanks provides very comfortable and attractive holiday accommodation in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The perfect location for exploring gardens, vineyards and National Trust properties. Robertsbridge and Brightling are within 2.4 miles and Bodiam Castle just over 4 miles. The historic town of Battle is 3 miles away and the coast just 9 miles. This is a perfect setting for your country holiday.

Modern two bedroomed, separate accommodation with studio kitchen comprising of a combination oven, double hob, fridge and sink. There is also a kettle and toaster, cutlery etc. Youngs garden stable block is on the edge of a charming old village in East Sussex, within striking distance of Bateman's ( home of Rudyard Kipling ) and many other historic sites such as Bodiam castle, Scotney castle, and many more. The village is approximately a 10 minute walk and has 2 pubs and a small supermarket.

My place is close to Ashdown Forest and half hour drive to Glyndborne Opera House. Sussex Coast is within easy reach. Royal Tunbridge Wells 20mins away with the famous Pantiles. Many historical Villages nearby including Mayfield and Burwash. My large garden is full of wild life with two resident badger sets. White Deer are frequent visitors and can often be seen at dawn and dusk from the terrace. Foxes and family of Hare. More recently, we have two families of the protected Hedge Hogs.

Rustic Log Cabin, quiet with uninterrupted views

The cabin is made of wood, set in 12 acres of land. It has a decking area at the back of the property overlooking uninterrupted views of open farmland which is quiet and peaceful. It’s a studio with a 5ft bed, kitchenette, shower room with WC. Breakfast items are provided including Bread, pastries, butter, milk yogurt juice, jam, fruit, tea and coffee. Please advise me if you have any other preferences instead of any of the above, as I want to cut down on waste. ….. thanks !

Holthurst - Modern seafront flat

Holthurst, a stylish flat with balcony in an Edwardian Villa right on the seafront near the De La Warr Pavilion and town centre. Ideal for 2 or 3 people. There are a huge range of activities and sights nearby including the lovely Penshurst Place. There are also so many fantastic places to eat and drink giving guests a lot of options to keep busy.

Sole use of garden with paddling pool, fire pit and trampoline. If you have a child or 3rd guest we have a camp bed that we can put up, but pls tell us before hand. Great access to the station, shops, Old Town & St Leonards. A separate door from the main house, so you can have your privacy but can be on hand if you need us. or just need directions to the fantastic eclectic shops, bars & restaurants. Beautiful park 2 mins & beach 10 min walk.
